We came here to the Cary McDonald’s on Sunday, December 14, 2025. Both times using the kiosk was straightforward, the staff was nice and our orders came out quick. We had a really good time and experience at the Cary McDonald’s, I cannot recommend this place enough after recent experiences with the one closer to home. However only thing worth noting is that the kiosks and their machines constantly struggle to sign us in when we try accessing our McDonald’s accounts, and it’s frustrating. (Written 12-23-25)

The lady working was completely rude asked me to come inside to pickup my order then had the doors locked and made me wait outside in the cold for my food absolutely ridiculous.

Best mcdonalds I have ever visited. The women I see there everyday are always working very hard and efficiently. I enjoy coming here everyday for my breakfast and coffee.

Bacon QPC MEAL & fries, Cold. An Indian gentleman requested that I pull forward with after giving my bottled water with no reason. There was no line.
Had a young female employee. get all bundled up to bring cold food outside in the cold weather.
If the food was fresh and hot and that was the reason that would have been acceptable.
Additionally there were two females speaking two different sentences.
One saying welcome back while the other was saying, did you use the app.
This is not worth 10$

Ok, I have to give a shout out to all the workers in the drive thru, as that's all I use. Every single time they've been pleasant, quick, and they've never messed up my order! Typically, I get bagged ice there bc it's cheaper than Jewel. Or a chicken sandwich, or ice cream cone, or gift certificates. The ice cream machine was never broken when I went there, which I hear is not usual for other locations. This store is consistently good and I've never been disappointed!

Went to grab some breakfast during lunch used the app for a free McMuffin with a breakfast sandwich. Did not get the McMuffin and the sandwich was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit instead of a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Couldn't wait around for them to fix it. Worst drive thru experience in awhile.
Waited several mins for my food. I asked about it. After I asked, they took it outside even tho I ordered inside. The woman came back in and said the customer mustve left. I told them it was my food and theyvsaid it would be ready in a minute. I asked for a refund. T Literally the stupidest employees Ive ever had the displeasure to be around.

We love this Starbucks all the Baristas are very helpful they like to greet us by name they make u feel very welcome they are awesome & Cheerful plus they make tasty drinks too!! 🤩😍
