Went to grab some breakfast during lunch used the app for a free McMuffin with a breakfast sandwich. Did not get the McMuffin and the sandwich was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit instead of a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Couldn't wait around for them to fix it. Worst drive thru experience in awhile.

Waited several mins for my food. I asked about it. After I asked, they took it outside even tho I ordered inside. The woman came back in and said the customer mustve left. I told them it was my food and theyvsaid it would be ready in a minute. I asked for a refund. T Literally the stupidest employees Ive ever had the displeasure to be around.

The manager (female, of course) told me to confirm the Uber eats pickup, which is fine. But she also said "you have to confirm every order before you leave," so while I was confirming the order, I tried explaining to her that I had picked up another order here ten minutes earlier and they did not tell me to do that.
Instead of attempting to understand what I was saying, she just kept talking over me, repeating herself over and over like a typical zombie parrot.
Charged my account. Claim I would get a refund. Did not choose to pay a second time. Did not get the food. And did not get a refund. Some place huh? No clue why I even go to this place. You would think I’d be more mature than to eat

I had the most frustrating experience in their drive-through Today. The woman working the drive-through (Did not get her name, but she has two silver front teeth) was extremely rude after getting my order wrong and I asked for a corrected sandwich. First, my ticket was incorrect, then it was brought incorrectly to my car, resulting in me asking for a third correction. My sandwich came and still did not have the right toppings on it. It was complete incompetence, coupled by a really poor attitude by that woman working. Probably will not come back to this location.

They do that thing where they take your order at the drive-through but then make you pull forward to wait after paying or into some numbered parking spot and you just watch people get rear-ended when they’re backing out. See the truck in photo? They backed up into the hatchback and they’re going over insurance right now. Stop making people pull forward, it’s obnoxious.

Food was perfect. At around midnight, start of January 6, hispanic lady in the 1st window was super nice, man/kid at 2nd window barely said anything. Came through twice, first time he said "yup' when I said thank you, second time he said nothing at all. No eye contact from him. I get if you're busy but damn, I don't know you, I didn't do nothing to you.
