I'm extremely displeased almost everytime I go to this McDonald's location. Everytime I tell them I want sweet and sour sauce they charge me and it's never in the bag. I usually order 4-5 extra so it's not cheap. Especially when there's not a single one in the bag, it ruins the entire enjoyable eating aspect.What makes it worse though is when I decide I don't want to waste money so I tell them at the window that I would like A FEW sweet and sour sauce. I'm then returned with a response of "you're supposed to pay for THESE." And puts just ONE in about 3 bags worth of food. This is extremely disappointing considering this locations McDonald's menu items are actually about 10 cents more expensive than at the one in wauconda.. weird. Unfortunately this one's closer to me.The employees really should work on their attitude and responses. Especially when it's over something like sweet and sour sauce. I will more than likely be calling corporate in the morning.

The graveyard staff are absolutely superb, I hope they are all getting compensated accordingly. Very nice people and the food is always hot and fresh. I’m convinced Cary has the best McDonalds.

Terrible Iced Coffee. 9 times out of 10 McDonald's Iced Coffee suck, no matter what flavor... French Vanilla, Carmel it doesn't matter. Even when you add more cream and flavoring in the order and get charged extra... It SUCKS! Always a burnt black coffee taste with no hint of flavor you ordered. In the past I have gone in right after the drive thru and returned flavorless brown iced water & asked them to remake my drink with FLAVOR.

Went through drive through, was trying to order girl on the intercom entered the beginning of the order wrong, when we corrected her she got angry yelled a total and then told us to pull up. Even though we told her we were not done ordering she never came back on the intercom and we had to complete our order at the first window with a very nice male employee. The female employee who first spoke to us however was the most unprofessional person I have ever delt with.

Worst place to get food if you’re in a hurry, the wait time at the drive thru is ridiculous, took them 13 mins to give me my food , at the end they dropped my bag out the window, had to get off and pick it up it was freezing outside….very

No American Flag out front at all locations owned by this franchisor. I noticed this over a year ago and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went on McDonalds to share my concern and saw that the entire company is now full woke. They don't even greet you anymore, they just ask if you want to use the great reset app. I'm done. I love how their national marketing went from stupid trendy campaigns and then back to old school IP. Start building tubes again and selling burgers and stay out of our life.

2 times my order was missing items.Today, #5 meal, $9.39.$0.61?Change.Cashier at first window.Said $10 even.Cary, mcdonald's, keep my $0.61.I will never go here again.Nice new restaurant, good hot food.But, 3 different employees there, cannot do their job correctly.One employee at 8pmOne employee at 1130pmOne employee at 1amYou have a great location.
