Pizza is ok but they have false advertising on their website. The cheese sticks look nothing like the picture. They only give you 3 bread sticks with a little bit of cheese on top for $7.50. And there's a review from FOUR YEARS AGO complaining about this same issue. They haven't fixed the problem and continue to just take people's money. Also their online coupons don't work even though they are directly on their website. I feel cheated.

Cary rosatis is the worst. Pizza is paper thin, skimp on cheese and sauce. I work in cary and everyone orders from crystal lake rosatis and pay the extra delivery. What a waste of money, I rather have made a Jacks frozen pizza.

If I could give it a 0 star, I would. I ordered a regular 18-inch thin crust pizza with two toppings, one meat, and a full pound of boneless wings. The pizza crust was about burnt. I’m usually a crust-eater, my favorite part, but I couldn’t even eat that. The wings were also disappointing. There were only 10 boneless wings in the tray, and they weren’t even big boneless wings. They were very small, and they cost an additional $15.99 for 10 boneless wings. Overall, the pizza and boneless wings were not worth what I paid for.

This is one of my top 3 favorite pizzas of all time!!! I got pepperoni, mushroom and garlic. Everything was delicious, the crust, the sauce toppings (especially the garlic that explodes flavor in your mouth).

The meat mania pizza was very good with a very good amount of toppings evenly distributed. Thin crust was nice and flaky. Mild buffalo wings were good lots of extra sauce. Garlic parm wings had ok flavor and were sitting in a lot of oil. Sauce was lacking consistency. Employees were nice and food was ready when promised. Ordering online was super easy and fast.

Ordered a pizza from Rosati’s at 6:00. They said it would arrive within the hour. 7:30 comes around so we call to make sure it’s still on the way. They tell us the driver just left and it will be here soon. 8:15 comes and we call again, only to be told the pizza was dropped off at the wrong address, and we were never told. They offered to either refund it, or told us we could wait another hour for a new pizza to come. What a joke. Will not be ordering from here again.
We ordered a Chicago pan pizza. The crust was amazing. Best pan pizza!! Keep it up :)

They are getting better again, however they added and charged for cheese fries which we never ordered ANY kind of fries. We didn't realise until we got home. Also we enjoy their beefs. But lately a few of our family have complained about them being too spicy (not peppers but the meat/juice. Where they said they were barely edible. But overall They are getting better!!
Mozz sticks great. Mushrooms usuallyon point. This time they were sort of mushy(the coating) not crispy like the Mozz sticks. Which were perfection
