They are getting better again, however they added and charged for cheese fries which we never ordered ANY kind of fries. We didn't realise until we got home. Also we enjoy their beefs. But lately a few of our family have complained about them being too spicy (not peppers but the meat/juice. Where they said they were barely edible. But overall They are getting better!!
Mozz sticks great. Mushrooms usuallyon point. This time they were sort of mushy(the coating) not crispy like the Mozz sticks. Which were perfection
This has have to be the worst I have ever spent my money on Wings weren’t even wings but random very very small pieces of chicken with more sauce than ever Pizza was ok but not worth the price would be better off with a frozen pizza

Ordered a large thun crust cheese and a large thin crust sausage. Picked up on time. Pizza was like cardboard...little to no sauce, over cooked cheese. This used to be the only Rosati's we would order from because the ingredients were very good and proportionate. No longer our go-to pizza place. We can forgive the occasional issue since there are always different people making the pizzas, but this has happened several times and not on the same days at the same times. Thought we found our pizza haven at this Rosati's...unfortunately, the search goes on.

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. This was not a pepperoni pizza, it was a cheese pizza with pepperoni maliciously rationed in a purposeful and spiteful manner.
Our pizza order apparently fell off of a cliff during delivery and slide completely to one side of the box. I complained to the manager, he assured me a refund was coming. Here we are a few weeks later and he hasn’t responded to texts and won’t issue a refund. Poor product and worse customer service.

This place has mid pizza that is bordering on bad. The service leaves much to be desired but it does seem like they try. I had an issue with my order since the guy who took my original order didn’t understand what I 2 wanted and put in the wrong items. Long story short, i had to call my credit card company and have a charge reversed even though i gave Rosatis plenty of time to reverse the charge themselves. I tried going back since my family enjoys it but the last time i ordered the pizza was terrible :/ sucks cause this use to be my go to but seems like they have gone down in quality recently.

Yes I had ordered A medium pizza cheese and sausage extra cheese and a dozen wings mild And I always order the cheese and sausage pizza. With extra cheese if you look at my past. Here are the facts. I ate the wings open up my pizza. And it's a cheese pizza which I did not order. I called up the young man on the phone, said no. No no you ordered cheese and And a dozen wings I stated. I always order cheese and sausage pizza. Look at my past, then, I asked to talk to a manager. He hung up the phone. So I wrote a review where it says contact us. I still receive no answer and the manager never called back. It is now 913 pm o'clock. Obviously they're closed so therefore, will I order any more from these people? I do not know unless I get a phone call. My name is Joel Lewon. You can look it up in the computer and you have my name.

Absolutely horrible place. Placed an order for 2 pizzas. Was told 20 mins waited over an hour with the checkout girl just sitting on her phone. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they were busy. Checkout girl said come back tomorrow to talk to him asked the girls name was told you don’t need to know my name. And then they charged us full price.
