I ordered 2 white chocolate mocha grande and other things. I paid almost $30. The staff was nice and everything was quick. Unfortunately, when I drove off I realized my coffee was not what I ordered it was strange chocolate, no coffee at all, my husband got the same. We could not come back because we had an appointment and I didn't want to be late. Check everything before you leave the window.

They never add the correct milk to my order even though it is LITERALLY ON THE LABEL! I've ordered here over 10 times, and they've only made my order right twice! I looked the manager dead in the eyes and asked this is with soy not almondmilk right? And she lied to me saying yes even though you can taste the difference. If you can't trust the manager, who are you supposed to trust?

Ordered Arnold Palmer, got a cup of ice, 2 oz of tea and the rest lemonade. When I suggested it didn’t have much tea and that’s why it tasted terrible was shown the mixing cup and told that’s how they have to make it. Worthless. Wasted money.

I believe the barista’s name was Josh that took my order today, and he was so incredibly friendly! He even took a minute to talk about their food options and which he recommended.

Friendly employees, clean and organized establishment.
I placed an order for a customized pink drink, and they hooked it up! Loved the extra chocolate cold foam!!

This is my favorite Starbucks! Everyone knows my name and my drink order. The manager Stephanie is great and she seems to hire the best staff because they are so kind to me. It's a happy part of my daily routine. I love going here and I've seen them work so hard and be awesome with other customers. Working in the service industry is hard so I hope people keep that compassion.

Gross management apparently. Someone who I have since learned is a manager named Sarah has given me weird experiences more than once. She has given me dirty looks and such unnecessary attitude. I don’t get any additions or anything , my order is one single item so I don’t know what the problem is. I have also seen her ordering around her employees very rudely , not asking but commanding them to do things. even worse behavior than when I worked at Mcdonald’s. Not only that but I have also been served expired milk at this location! can’t really pin that on anyone in particular but surely a manager should be on top of that. Just disappointing and uncomfortable…
