I ordered 2 white chocolate mocha grande and other things. I paid almost $30. The staff was nice and everything was quick. Unfortunately, when I drove off I realized my coffee was not what I ordered it was strange chocolate, no coffee at all, my husband got the same. We could not come back because we had an appointment and I didn't want to be late. Check everything before you leave the window.

They never add the correct milk to my order even though it is LITERALLY ON THE LABEL! I've ordered here over 10 times, and they've only made my order right twice! I looked the manager dead in the eyes and asked this is with soy not almondmilk right? And she lied to me saying yes even though you can taste the difference. If you can't trust the manager, who are you supposed to trust?

I’m paying $6 for a coffee and they fill it halfway after an inch of whip cream on top that’s just disrespectful
Ordered Arnold Palmer, got a cup of ice, 2 oz of tea and the rest lemonade. When I suggested it didn’t have much tea and that’s why it tasted terrible was shown the mixing cup and told that’s how they have to make it. Worthless. Wasted money.

This is my favorite Starbucks! Everyone knows my name and my drink order. The manager Stephanie is great and she seems to hire the best staff because they are so kind to me. It's a happy part of my daily routine. I love going here and I've seen them work so hard and be awesome with other customers. Working in the service industry is hard so I hope people keep that compassion.
