Used the app to order, which defaulted to the last location we picked up at using the app. Address of my local location is very similar to the location that the app defaulted to, so I didn't realize that my food was being prepped at the wrong location. So my order went to the wrong location, which is on me. But the way this location handled the situation is BS. We called and told them what happened. The person on the phone gave the phone to someone else who didn't identify themselves as the manager, but it stands to reason that this was someone of authority. The second person told me that there is no way to cancel app order, and no way to refund the order. The only recourse we had was to contact app support of which there is no phone number, just a feedback form. Which I assume managers are aware of. So, we drove two towns over to get our food within the hour. Once we arrived, my order wasn't there, and the cashier said that I'd told them that I wouldn't pick up the order (which I did not say, I told them I'd try to come get it.) They did remake the order and the staff was friendly. But this entire process is broken if the app runs independent of the restaurant locations. How can you tell someone that you're not going to refund their money AND toss their order out? If you were going to eat the $15 anyway, you may as well refund the customer. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid the app.

I called bc they messed up my order and I told them I got the 9 dollar luxe discovery box with the new chicken wrap things and for some reason I got the wrong luxe box instead they gave me the one with the taco and the chalupa and the burrito with chips and cheese and the taco wasn’t even a surpreme how hard is it to get my order right I got the wrong order yet again when I came in to get my order that I called about I’m disappointed and I’m id like for it to be replaced

Ridiculously overpriced compared to every other Taco Bell within 20 miles. .80 upcharge to add sauce? LOL

Then they get rid of the only item worth the price in the cravings value box? Will never go here again

Service is fine albeit slow at times. My problem is with the food, the quality and price which isn't just this locations problem. Today was the last day I go to taco bell forever. The cheese sauce they put on everything now is disgusting. The crunch wrap supreme i wouldn't even subject my garbage can to that kind of punishment. I loved taco bell but they've changed to much in the wrong direction over the last decade and it sucks. I feel sick and gross every time I eat this food.

The Food they Serve is Good my Husband stops by here maybe 2 times a week on his way home from work he Never can Get Enough of this Food..if My Husband had that chance He'd eat Taco Bell Everyday. ?

This location obviously has a staffing problem. Took over 30 minutes in drive thru with only three cars in front of me. I will never visit this location again. Horrible service!

Avoid this Taco Bell. I ordered on the app and went inside, now I am actually waiting 40+ minutes watching videos on my phone. I asked if I could have my soda while I waited. She heard me and didn’t ask what order just assumed I was kyle, then brought the wrong soda. Then gave me a mean look for saying it was a different order. It’s also like 66 degrees in here, it’s so cold I didn’t want to be there, they always crank the a/c not sure if that is the standard the follow but it’s uncomfortably cold. it seems like they only serve the drive thru orders so if place an order online just go through drive thru I guess. Also you can’t cancel the order once you make it in the app. So I’m just sitting waiting for my food. I’ll update if I get it one day.

I literally just sat in the drive thru for 35 mins trapped behind cars, line never moved an inch. Once I finally got to the window the lady seemed so out of it I just drove off. Staff might need some narcan.
