Very attentive staff. Extensive menu with good portions and very affordable. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere for enjoyable dining. We are not sushi fans but the menu has something for everyone. We hear their sushi is great also .

We have had repeated bad experience when we tried this restaurant a few times in person, but the food was ok. Because of our bad experience - we stopped going to this place for a while.
However yesterday (1/5/26), we were heading home from the airport and this restaurant was convenient for food pickup where the taxi didn’t have to take a detour (and kids had enough junk on the trip so we were looking for healthy food options on the way), so we ordered carry out.
One of the signature rolls (which we have tried in the past) tasted old and really bad and we ended up throwing almost all of it. We eat sushi a lot since the kids love it as well, but we haven’t had this bad sushi in a long time. In the past, we only experienced poor customer service, but it looks like now their food quality is heading down the same path.

I found a stone inside the sushi, and it chipped my tooth. The fish didn’t taste fresh at all — the color looked off, and after just a few pieces I felt sick and almost threw up. Later, it even gave me diarrhea.
They also used the red pickled ginger, which is the lowest-quality kind. The sushi definitely didn’t seem like it was made by a professional chef, and the prices were not cheap for this level of quality. Very disappointing experience.

First time here at this restaurant but I’ve delivered for uber eats and always wondered how the food was. The food is amazing and it is served in large portions so if you’re the type who would be hungry elsewhere, you may find it filling here. The atmosphere is great like you’d expect in Japan with jazz on the radio. The decor is equally great. Small and cozy and the exterior belies the excellent food and atmosphere inside. Japanese minimalism at its best and my wife and I will be returning soon again for sure. This place is a hidden gem. Probably not for long though!
