I ordered yesterday and most of my items were prepared wrong in some way. When I called today to let the manager(Martha) know she handled the situation great and I felt like my feedback was actually heard. They made the order again(right this time) and I will be going back soon!

This location has gone down hill. From people not wanting to wait on the lobby customers and ignoring them when they go to the counter. Fries are never fresh, burgers have tasted rotten, or are dripping is so much grease they are not edible, and lobby is never clean. I have been taking the extra time to go out to the crystal lake store as of late.

We went through the drive thru of the Wendy’s Cary on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. It was so good! Along with my meal I got a Thin Mints blended into a chocolate shake. I really enjoyed it. Otherwise the food was really good, we miss our Wendy’s near our house. I enjoyed my meal from the Cary Wendy’s and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Why would you advertise that you're open late at night including saying that you're open until midnight on the website and then lock your doors before 10:50? What a disappointment.
Service sucks and food quality is awful here. After eating at this location 3x in the past month I can confidently say that the food is ass here. The portion sizes, most specifically the burger patty sizes, are burnt, thin like a smash burger, and dry. Unmelted cheese. OH! And like everywhere else the prices are outrageous for the food that you are receiving.
Fast food has too much focus on remodeling their locations and food packaging. This Wendy’s is a perfect example. Stop eating here, I will.
