We went through the drive thru of the Wendy’s Cary on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. It was so good! Along with my meal I got a Thin Mints blended into a chocolate shake. I really enjoyed it. Otherwise the food was really good, we miss our Wendy’s near our house. I enjoyed my meal from the Cary Wendy’s and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Why would you advertise that you're open late at night including saying that you're open until midnight on the website and then lock your doors before 10:50? What a disappointment.
Service sucks and food quality is awful here. After eating at this location 3x in the past month I can confidently say that the food is ass here. The portion sizes, most specifically the burger patty sizes, are burnt, thin like a smash burger, and dry. Unmelted cheese. OH! And like everywhere else the prices are outrageous for the food that you are receiving.
Fast food has too much focus on remodeling their locations and food packaging. This Wendy’s is a perfect example. Stop eating here, I will.

Dont order here i went through delivery and they screwed up my order then when i told the driver he told me i was wrong and argued with me . Some indian man was my driver could barely understand him. And when i called the store to try and get my money back they refuse to answer the phone

Wendy's is a good restaurant, the food is good quality, and the service has definitely improved since they opened. Only complaint would be the store is pretty consistently dirty/understocked, tables usually have spills on them and things like napkins and straws are sometimes completely empty.
You guys really need to fix your app. Every time I go to use my rewards it won't let me check out. If you fix this problem, maybe I'll come back otherwise. Bye-bye

This particular Wendy's is GREAT. Order is correct 99.5% of time. Food is FRESH and TASTY!! Employee's are always friendly!! You get your money's worth!! No scrimping on items (drinks full fries full etc) value for the money is good!! And they seem to be open late!! Well run restaurant!!

I was the only car going through the drive through at the time and still, they were able to mess up my order, time after time. I live in a surrounding neighborhood and like this place, so i have to give them a second and third and fourth and so on, too many chances, it has been enough , they don’t care about costumers.
