I have a true allergy to Banana peppers and Jalapeños and Ms Kelsie went above a beyond to make sure that NO trace was on my glatbread meatball. I APPRECIATE that and gave a tip because of her. Thank you for having a compassionate worker to accommodate me so much throat doesn't close up because I drive something up to 80k pds and on 18wheels. Thank you Ms Kelsie! I sincerely appreciate you.

I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. SKIMPY on the meat ordered a rotisserie chicken and had to look for the chicken 4 little chunks, also SKIMPY with the veggies!! Sorry overpriced establishment in Casey Illinois

My food is always pretty good here and I like that they carry Miss Vickie’s chips. Sometimes you wait forever for the drive through person though even when it appears they aren’t busy. There have been several times I’ve drove off after waiting 15-20 minutes of waiting to place my order with no one in front or behind me. It may just be short staffing.

Upon visiting, we were met with condescension from the manager, or so I assume, which was profoundly distasteful and started the dining experience off poorly. Luckily, the two staff members working on the line were pleasant and made up for her grotesque attitude.

I suggest yall hire some help quick! I came in today to see a young gal working so hard she was about ready to break down and quit due to all the business coming in and her having to deal with it all alone. By the time she got to my order she had tears streaming down her face constantly wiping them so she could work. Despite all the business coming in she did a great job with my order but it still makes me feel sorry for her knowing she had to deal with it all alone. Please get some help!

Very poor service. No eye contact and making a spicy Italian sub with slices mozzarella and pizza sauce. The whole sub should have an equal amount of sauce and mozzarella! Not obviously ? on 3/4 of sub and then just bread.
