Not happy with the cardboard drink holders. Today they put 3 large drinks in one of the holders and one of the drinks tipped out and into my car as I took it from the guy to set it down in the passenger seat beside me. What a mess!

When this place first opened we went all the time and the staff were very nice. Here recently things have gone very downhill.
The crew inside that is working right now at the Springfield location at 1:40 PM on 10/12 should be let go. I overheard them groaning and complaining about making my drink from my car outside over the insanely loud music, and to top it off when the woman handed the us the drink another employee said it looked really good and she said twice “I don’t think so, no that won’t be good”. If you can’t make coffee and can’t keep your rude comments to yourself then I would suggest finding another job.
We live close by and used to frequently walk to get coffee but since walk ups aren’t welcome we quit doing that as well. Regardless of where you walk up you are met with a horrible attitude and you are in the way - I have also been forgotten about on numerous occasions.
Long story short we won’t go back. Espresso Royale, Starbucks, and McDonald’s employees are much kinder and have no issues making you a drink:)

I 100% prefer this 7brew over the Urbana one. They are so fast and never have to wait in line long. I wait in line at the Urbana one for 20-30 minutes most of the time.

Nice little coffee shop. No inside, just drive up and pick one of two lanes where someone usually pretty friendly will come up to your window to take your order. They have pretty good selection of drinks and can whip up about anything else you can think of. Prices are pretty reasonable for what it is, but can add up if you're one that goes every morning. Overall it's my goto place for a good cup of coffee when I'm in the area.

I like 7Brew, but the employees at this location leave much to be desired. I've been to this location twice and the first time I received the bare minimum service and the employee got mad that I asked to put in my rewards number at the start. Second time, the employees were more concerned with chatting amongst each other and yelling unimportant things in the earshot of customers.
I work in customer service myself and it's really not that hard to do the bare minimum in your job. My experiences at the Urbana location (which I go to more often) are 100x better than what I experience in Champaign. The employees are polite, make a bit of small talk, and deserve a small tip when I order. I would never consider giving a tip at the Champaign location unless the employees change their attitude. Drink quality was fine, but I'd choose the Urbana location over this one in a heartbeat even if it's a farther drive.
It's a drive through coffee and refreshers place. Menu is flashing on side board so if you're going for the first time it will be difficult to know what to order.

If you want decent service and be treated with any amount of respect I suggest going some place else. You're most likely going to get a kid with an unnecessary attitude problem if you come here.
I came here when there was no line and a group of about 6 employees were outside just hanging out. It took a while for one of them to approach my car. As I was ordering my first drink, he was literally staring into space not acknowledging anything I was saying, so I waited to order my second drink. After a while he finally looked at me and aggressively asked me if I was done ordering. I was taken aback by his rudeness and said no and ordered my second drink. He didn't repeat my order back and unsurprisingly when I was given my drinks, my order was wrong. Wrong sizes, wrong flavors.
I'll definitely never come to this location again. And management definitely seems like they don't care to train their employees with basic customer service skills because it seems like this location is already getting a reputation for extremely rude service.
