Came here yesterday afternoon and had a great experience. The brunette with freckles and the eyebrow piercing was so nice, patient, and had great recommendations. We got the firecracker and holiday punch and they were delicious!!

Love them! The staff is always super friendly and the drinks are always good, i recommend adding one more shot of espresso ☕️ the drinks might be a little to soft for true coffee flavor lovers. Just add one more shot in case you are having a latte. Overall 💯 recommend

Seasonal Boo-berry energy is so delicious! Christian, Gwen, Emma, and manager Abby are literally all so wonderful. Really, all the staff members are very knowledgeable on the items and drink menus. 7brew on Springfield in Champaign is legit a whole vibe; My favorite 7brew around the area hands down 🫶🏼

Not happy with the cardboard drink holders. Today they put 3 large drinks in one of the holders and one of the drinks tipped out and into my car as I took it from the guy to set it down in the passenger seat beside me. What a mess!
There’s no way I’ve been sitting in this line for over 40 minutes and there’s still 3 cars in front of me on a Sunday night. terrible customer service literally do better.

When this place first opened we went all the time and the staff were very nice. Here recently things have gone very downhill.
The crew inside that is working right now at the Springfield location at 1:40 PM on 10/12 should be let go. I overheard them groaning and complaining about making my drink from my car outside over the insanely loud music, and to top it off when the woman handed the us the drink another employee said it looked really good and she said twice “I don’t think so, no that won’t be good”. If you can’t make coffee and can’t keep your rude comments to yourself then I would suggest finding another job.
We live close by and used to frequently walk to get coffee but since walk ups aren’t welcome we quit doing that as well. Regardless of where you walk up you are met with a horrible attitude and you are in the way - I have also been forgotten about on numerous occasions.
Long story short we won’t go back. Espresso Royale, Starbucks, and McDonald’s employees are much kinder and have no issues making you a drink:)

I 100% prefer this 7brew over the Urbana one. They are so fast and never have to wait in line long. I wait in line at the Urbana one for 20-30 minutes most of the time.

Nice little coffee shop. No inside, just drive up and pick one of two lanes where someone usually pretty friendly will come up to your window to take your order. They have pretty good selection of drinks and can whip up about anything else you can think of. Prices are pretty reasonable for what it is, but can add up if you're one that goes every morning. Overall it's my goto place for a good cup of coffee when I'm in the area.
