Have been coming here for a few years and it’s honestly the best place to get your eyebrows threaded in CU! My boyfriend and I both get our eyebrows threaded here, every time they do an amazing job. Wouldn’t go anyplace else.

Normally I come here to get my eyebrows waxed and it is fine, but this time i had a horrible experience. They had a new lady working and I was unsure if she would be able to do the eyebrow wax properly but I trusted the establishment and decided to get them done anyway. She seemed very scared with the wax and if she was not comfortable she should have told me she could not do it or had another lady do it. She then did thread which felt like all of my hair came out in the thread. In the end, I am extremely unhappy with the service provided because it looks like i did not get my eyebrows done at all. They look extremely unclean and A1 needs to train their new employees properly on all services.

I got my lashes did here. The lash tech did a horrible job. She completely messed up one eye. She refused to make it right. I will not be going back here! Thank you for fixing!
