Lovely little place that makes you forget you are in Champaign Urbana. Had a very nice mother and daughter take our order and cook for us. I thought the crispy basil chicken was very good.

Not sure what part of Asia I was tasting but the food here was not good at all. The “Tasty Sirloin” soup was flavorless and the meat had a freezer burn taste to it. My friend got the Jammy Chicken and there was hair in her food! The Age Tofu tasted okay at first but resulted in a stomach ache later. There are way better Asian food restaurants on Campus. This place was overpriced considering the food was not good.

The Jammie chicken is served hot and simmering in the bowl that is half broth soup. Very spicy and good! The fried oyster appetizer which was served with a sweet sauce on the side was also good. The food was so hot and spicy, it took me a while to eat it.

Very authentic food! Reminds me of the food I had when I visited China. Takes a bit to come out, but the food is pretty good. There is a lot of variety on the menu, which is what would bring me back.

too slow, waited more than 30mins for the meal.
Restaurantji Recommends
Got the “jammy fan” chicken (might literally just be ji me fen chicken and rice). Really tasty. Cozy interior. Seems like noodles are really popular to order here.

Owner has been changed. Totally different taste (in a bad way)
This is my first time been here, i know this restaurant since i pass it so many time but never pay attention to it, and my first time here i ordered takoyaki, basil crispy chicken, beef don for dine in and pork simmer for takeout, all of it really delicious, and the lady at counter really nice and helpful
Definitely will going back again to try other menus
Authentic Chinese snacks and Japanese food, cheap and plentiful, and the hotel is very hygienic.
