My girlfriend said there were too many tvs, but I personally don't mind. The burgers are really good, for the price I don't think it can get much better than that. They also have excellent fries. I had the bowl of chili too and it was delicious.
The biggest downside was the service. On a busy Friday night, I expected a wait, but even on a slow weekday, our food took an unusually long time to arrive. Considering we only ordered two burgers, it was one of the longest waits l've had at any restaurant. That said, the food quality makes up for it, and l still recommend this place. Just be prepared for a wait—if you're starving, it might test your patience.

Food was decent but beer list is sub par at best. Aspen Colorado as well as many other cities in the rockies brew some great beer but you wont find any of these at a tap house called Aspen (felt misleading) other than that not a bad place to go grab something to eat.

The food was delicious and good quality. I had the smothered chicken with salad and broccoli. The ranch dressing was house made and very good. The broccoli was nice and buttery, and not mushy. The chicken was juicy and flavorful and not rubbery. While a bit loud, the atmosphere was friendly and casual. Our server was a sweetheart. We will definitely eat here again. It was a nice change from the mediocre food that a lot of the bigger chain restaurants serve.

Always impeccable service!! Great food! The wings are delicious and really enjoy the waffle fries. Even the salads were amazing! All for a great reasonable price. Last time for 2 people : (1 beer/ 1 soft drink /1 Appetizer/ 10wings(their huge) for a meal with added waffle fries/1 pork chop meal with 2 sides) ran us about 45-50 bucks and we were left very full.

I ordered catering for Christmas dinner from Aspen Tap; ribs, mac/cheese, chicken fajitas, large salad. I picked everything up Christmas Eve, so it sat in the frig until dinner the next day. Heated everything up in the oven and it all came out perfect! The ribs were delicious, moist and meaty. The fajitas had all the trimmings along with the chicken and peppers. The mac/cheese was creamy. The salad was a mixture of lettuce, tomatos, cucumbers, cheese and eggs, and included dressing. Everyone thought the meal was great! Just as if we were eating at the restaurant. We have eaten at Aspen Tap many times in the last 3-4 months and enjoyed everything we ordered. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant. We love their catfish, burgers, chicken fajitas, ribs, and salads.
