The store staff was quite impolite! I have a question about this store: why are they just giving half a scoop of ice cream for $3.89 while they are changing the entire amount? I plan to go there frequently. We can go to Urbana instead of this one as they never give us a whole scoop of ice cream. One man in particular, who works there every day, never properly keeps the ice cream.

I like the Dunkin part of the store. However, I'm really disappointed w the ice cream/Baskin Robbins side. For years they have had the best milkshakes made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. A chocolate milkshake made with chocolate ice cream just isn't the same. All of a sudden they're refusing to make the milkshake the way I have always gotten it there and it is really sad because it is so good. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went there at 7:35. Apparently it was closed, and the dude who was working there didn’t even bother to explain that it was closed, just looked the other way

Coffee is good the ice cream was good just not as I remembered as a kid. Staff were all friendly.
went there for the butter pecan ice cream. they "checked" and said they didnt have any. ordered rocky road instead. then attempted to order a two scoop sundae, but i was only able to say "i would like a two scoop sundae" before the guy cut me off to say "we don't have chocolate". what was he even referring to? i hadnt even asked for chocolate or even anything at all. i found that very rude and also pretty d**** there were two dudes talking to me through the drive through speaker, they kept going back and forth, just saying we dont have this we dont have that. i got so frustrated by all the chaos they were causing that i decided to skip the sundae and just do the rocky road quart. the quart they have me was so melted that i could squeeze the container with my hands and it would cave in. not anywhere close to ice cream. more like a milkshake. terrible customer service and unintelligent lazy employees.

That was ridiculous! Because they didn’t have a quart already pre-packed of Pralines nCream like usual , the row was out they charged me $6 more for “fresh ice cream… Only in Illinois .. Indiana didn’t do that!
