The store staff was quite impolite! I have a question about this store: why are they just giving half a scoop of ice cream for $3.89 while they are changing the entire amount? I plan to go there frequently. We can go to Urbana instead of this one as they never give us a whole scoop of ice cream. One man in particular, who works there every day, never properly keeps the ice cream.

I like the Dunkin part of the store. However, I'm really disappointed w the ice cream/Baskin Robbins side. For years they have had the best milkshakes made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. A chocolate milkshake made with chocolate ice cream just isn't the same. All of a sudden they're refusing to make the milkshake the way I have always gotten it there and it is really sad because it is so good. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
