I like the Dunkin part of the store. However, I'm really disappointed w the ice cream/Baskin Robbins side. For years they have had the best milkshakes made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. A chocolate milkshake made with chocolate ice cream just isn't the same. All of a sudden they're refusing to make the milkshake the way I have always gotten it there and it is really sad because it is so good. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Very friendly workers who were polite and courteous. They offered good information about the ice creams. Our only complaint was that, probably due to being a cold October in Covid-19 season, a couple of the ice cream selections had gotten old and freezer burnt, with chuncks of ice in them. These should have been replaced with new ones. Not all flavors bad, but unpleasant. Hopefully when business picks up the ice cream would be fine. A little overpriced, but okay overall

I'm friends with a lot of people from the Dunkin Donuts good and bad I'm not really digging the Springfield one at all I think my favorite and most professional one is the one on University tied with Prospect can't beat the price very nice people especially in the morning hours
