Went in last week and got three HUGE delicious pieces of chicken with fries for $10. Highly recommend, good prices, awesome chicago style food and the lady up front was very nice and offered me a coupon for next time. I will definitely be back! 🤟✌️

Didn't go in. Was excited because the menu looked great but there's no indoor or outdoor seating and no restroom. If you're looking for something to order ahead and pick up and go home I'm sure it's great!

I always drive by this restaurant and never thought about going in. Finally went in and their chicken is phenomenal. I know where I'm only going to get fried chicken from now on
Love the chicken, absolutely love the catfish. VERY good fries. The gizzards were ok, but if they used the same batter and technique on chicken livers instead, i would be there 3 times a week!

I had doordashed food on 5/30/2025 My chicken and fries was awful! It was old and overcooked when I tried calling them they told me it was nothing they could do… DONT ORDER FROM HERE they are rude as ever when they’re the ones that messed up my food!

Had the catfish dinner, a piece of the perch, hushpuppies and fries; all very good. Prices were reasonable. Only downside they didn't have regular Coke but I survived.

This JJ Fish is better than the ones up-north Catfish Filet dinner was amazing; breading was crisp, lemon pepper seasoning on top is nice. The fries are great, like beer-battered fries with a bit of lemon pepper on top. The Catfish filet came with 3 fried filets, a pile of fries and a free can of soda. They have a massive selection of soda too. Came with a spicy sauce and mild ketchup, chef’s kiss. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back here.
