24 different beers to try & amazing food! Love the pizzas and sandwiches. Boyfriend says that they have the best Ruben in town. I love the cup and char pizza and the turkey bacon pepper jam sandwich.

Seen the Blind Pig Brewpub across the street from our hotel, and so we decided to go there. We were greeted by the bartender, “Chewy”, who did an excellent job serving us. We did not know that the gentleman sitting next to us was Matt, the owner. Matt was super-friendly, and even let us sample beers while explaining the history of the brewpub, and telling us about the new beers that are coming out soon. Mesa did a good job as well describing all of the deserts they had. Everybody was very friendly here, and we were very impressed.. Both the food and beers here were simply outstanding.! We highly recommend coming here for a visit, and will definitely be back!

My husband and I had been looking forward to trying The Blind Pig ever since it opened. We stopped in on a quiet Sunday evening when it wasn’t very busy. The server was friendly, but the experience fell a bit short of our expectations.
I ordered the Reuben — the sauerkraut was tasty, but the corned beef was unfortunately dry, and the house fries seemed slightly undercooked. My husband’s order was also mixed up, which was disappointing considering we were one of the only tables there.
We really wanted to love it, but overall, the visit was underwhelming. We might give it another try in the future, but probably not for a while.

I stopped by Blind Pig in Champaign recently. I tried the Reuben sandwich and it was just okay, honestly nothing special, pretty mid. The pizza was a different story though and actually really good.
The service had a hiccup because they brought me the wrong pizza even though the restaurant was almost empty. The server handled it well and offered me a free drink to make up for the mistake, which was a nice gesture.
Overall I would give this place a 5 out of 10. The pizza is worth trying, but the rest of the menu and the experience didn’t really impress me.

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon after lunch for drinks. My husband had an awesome local whiskey, the beer flight I had was pretty good. Music was great. Would have probably spent more money if we had attentive bartenders. Both spent more time off to the side talking to each other than they did tending to customers. My beer flight and my water glass stayed empty for at least 10 minutes before I asked for a check.
We might try again, as we looked at the food menu and it looked pretty good. However I doubt it'll be a Sunday. Nothing irritates me more than crappy service. It made me want to walk across the street to Collective Pour.

One of the chillest spots in town!
Fantastic beer selection, amazing food and super friendly staff. This spot is perfect for post work chats, after class snacks and game day drinks and food that’ll please everyone! A staple in the community and a definite place to bring anyone! The Pretzels are soo good as well as the Patty melt!

Food was super great! Who would have thought to put figs on a pizza?! I loved it. 😍 Everything was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Prices were fair, and service was decent. Would return again! Excellent ranch. ✔️ Side note: music selection was on point!

We came for the drinks only, and the selection was big. A few of us ordered flights which were served on these unique trays that looked like a part of a barrel. However, the service was slow and our flight orders were messed up.

Restaurantji Recommends
The food and beer was great.
Outside of that, the servers were very young and inexperienced and had no idea what was going on. Unable to make beer recommendations, unsure of other bar options. It was.. weird. The atmosphere was lacking. Too bland, too quiet. My first visit, it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the bar (even without a crowd). My second, we brought family, thinking the first visit was a fluke. The food was enjoyable, but the experience was not. I'd consider takeout, but I'll be waiting to visit again until they've worked out the growing (opening?) pains.
I was excited about this opening, being a long-time Blind Pig fan, but either the opening was rushed, or they haven't invested in vetting/training staff. Hopefully it will improve with time.

Do not sleep on this new restaurant in Champaign. The menu is small but very mighty. My husband had the best cheeseburger he has had in a long time.
I had the bacon pepper jam turkey melt. It was absolutely delicious. And the fries tasted like fair fries but without all the grease. Very yummy.
It took a few minutes to get our food, but once we did, we knew it was freshly made. 10/10 totally recommend.
