Tonight I went to the brass rail.
1. Its hard to get service 2. Bartenders have their favorites and to hell with the rest of the buying customers. 3. Presented payment by debit card. 4. Didn't receive debit card in return 5. They didn't know what happened to it and they could careless because I'm not one of their favorites. 5. Will not ever return. 6 will knock down this business when friends talk about it.
I have never felt welcome here. I will never return. If my debit card is not returned, I will seek legal danages.

I have visited the Brass Rail multiple times and no matter what vibe I’m going for, it’s always a great time! Perfect spot for a drink downtown before or after dinner!

I've been in this charming dive bar before, and always enjoyed myself, but last weekend I saw a band there for the first time. Local band Decadents completely entertained the packed venue. I had such a great time! The bartenders were awesome as well. Looking forward to more live music here.

The bar is nicely updated with food options including pizza and cheese sticks. "The Squint" is their drink, which consists of Gin and Squirt, I would recommend.

Classic Champaign bar under new ownership. Pretty much the same decor/feel, just a little nicer/cleaner.
I had not been in the Brass Rail in years. We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was a great atmosphere and cleaned up to the point where you would certainly take your Mom there, but they kept it authentic and the classic Bar atmosphere. They only have bar pizza, but do yourself a favor and try the cheesy garlic bread. Oh also try the Squint, their “Signature” drink. This will for sure be my new spot when I am in Champaign.

Went in to celebrate graduation and wanting to try out a new dive bar of Champaign. One of the part owners groped a member of my group to the point where she started crying. (Bartenders were nice though and ambiance was great)
