I can understand being understaffed my hat is off to the workers that stayed. My issue stands however; the drive thru took a out 3 minutes at the speaker to be ready to take my order and an additional 10 minutes waiting for our food.
I will update this next time I go.

Much better service here than on Springfield. The manager here was welcoming, greeting when I entered the lobby that doesn't close until 10pm. Thank you for being at work in a good mood. Whomever the manager was here this evening SHE need a promotion and a good pay increase. Stop overworking and underpaying the good ones.
