Cold nasty food with chemical tastes. Broken drink machine with no ice or carbonation. Cold dirty atmosphere. Spend less on commercials and more on your "infrastructure " do better burger king do better!

The lot and building were dark. I almost thought they were closed except there was a line in drive through. The line seemed slow but figured we were getting fresh food. When we got to the window I mentioned how dark it was out there and he apologized and went and turned the lights on. He was very polite.

I ordered a sandwich, and had cheese added to it through the drive-through. After taking a bite, I realized there was no cheese on the sandwich, so I went back to the store and took the sandwich in and asked them to remake it. They took my Eden sandwich in the back, put cheese on it, put it in the microwave, and then wrapped it back up and handed it to me.

This place must have a sensor that reports average car waits. Once you pay for your meal you're asked to pull up past the window. Been sitting here for 10 minutes, stacked side by side in a 2x3 grid. Cars not wanting to wait were dangerously squeezing by with an inch or two of clear but I was just very abruptly told to move up and block the exit. This is uncomfortable and inconvenient. The employees are walking out shouting out meal items in an attempt to find the right vehicle.. I got my order. It was wrong, but I'm not staying any longer. Will not be back.

Waiting in drive thru over20 mins. Then someone asked can I come in to place my order. I never ordered ? This burger king need help badly, many car drove off, due to the very long wait to place an order. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.
It's a Burger King, the food is fine, but they are clearly understaffed and over worked. The drive through always has a long wait before, and after ordering food. The staff has to move people around and have people park along the end of the drive through to wait for their food. Then when I finally get the food it is all thrown together into one bad instead of separated out. The workers are clearly doing the best they can with what they have. Management needs to step up and hire more people.
