Wow. Waited in the drive thru after paying for 20 minutes literally. What is going on in there? Only one car ahead of me and one behind. Scared to eat my food now. Will never be back. Maybe they want no one to come eat there.

HORRIBLE!! THEY FORGET STUFF IN YOUR ORDER AND REFUSE REFUNDS. USLESS SUPPORT STAFF. AVOID THIS PARTICULAR BURGER KING LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU LIKE INCORRECT ORDERS THAT TAKE FOREVER ON TOP OF BEING COLD.

Just avoid this place at all costs. There are several restaurants to go to in this area. I visited one day and set at the counter for 5 or so minutes before anyone said anything about being right with me. There were 3 people all more concerned with drive thru. Manager cooking food and screaming from grill area. One person said they would be with me and then disappeared. When they came back they attempted to help me and then turned their focus back to drive thru and left me standing there for several more minutes before I just left. I emailed corporate but they give you the same song and dance about they will forward to the correct people for attention. Basically meaning they really dont care.

This is the worst place and the manager is threatening.. We felt that we are in danger for some time.. we ordered a chicken sandwich meals and gave 20$ bill they handed over the food and say nothing..when we asked for change they say the register is not working.. they kept us wait for 20 mins and until we ask they are not responding.. after a while they said us to pull front and wait.. So i parked my car and went inside at that time they are simply saying who are you and did you order the food.. i explained everything to her and then she is so rude that saying you need to pick up other location don’t come here and shouting at us.. Such a horrible experience never had in our life… i would say avoid this location if possible and burger king should take action on this kind of operations

Shondeal Was the person who took my order and let me say it was phenomenal. I’ve worked in the food industry and it’s hard to always be nice and he was as kind as you could get if he’s not a manager he needs a promotion

Service sucks
Seemed like they didn't wanna pay attention to the customers orders. They messed up mine again. This time I'm not coming back and half tempted to report this to corporate since this place seems like it needs a good looking into. This isn't my first time having my order messed up at this location it's like the 4th or 5th. Tried to give them chances but I'm done now. I'll go elsewhere
