Doesn't matter what time of day I come here, they always claim they are "out" of fries, onion rings and all their side items basically. It happened once a few months back and I thought nothing of it but have had it happen two times since then. Always the same claim. Doesn't make any sense for burger king to be constantly out of fries, I don't believe that to be true for one second. I suspect the workers prefer to just not do any work.

Cold tots cold coffee manager couldn't even print off a receipt didn't know how is it what she said rude AF couldn't fix could tots or could coffee and told me I was acting crazy because I asked for a receipt after the manager already said she didn't know how to put in the order for the survey this is ridiculous ask me 4 times about tots like here's an idea didn't get stoned at work and you might be able to do your job.

The wait in the drive thru was longer than normal, but it was before dinner rush, so I gave them the benefit of doubt. My burger was fine, but when I began to eat the mozzarella sticks, all of them were over cooked.

Fresh food! Came out quickly and hot today. Be patient with the staff. They were reasonably patient with the customers. Lobby needed some attention despite minimal activity inside.

Horrible experience. I was waiting at the drive-through. The person on the speaker said they were having a shift change and it would be a few minutes. I waited and then after a few minutes asked if they were ready to take our order. They said no, they were having a shift change. I said "Ok, well there are two cars behind me." Then I kept waiting. After a long time the person came back on the speaker and said very rudely, "Ma'am what part of having a shift change do you not understand. You said there were cars behind you, and I already told you it will be.a while." I asked how long the shift change takes, which she would not answer. Then I asked who the manager was, and she said "You are speaking with one right now." So, I left, which was obviously what the manager wanted. Pitiful. Will never go back there and will not forget being treated that way.

At 3:55 PM 02/06/2024 no one would answer the drive thru, I drove around to see someone in there doing absolutely nothing, the service here has been terrible for the past year, never coming
I had a large order that got a bit complicated. The staff person named Tamia was so incredibly helpful with such a pleasant attitude. I have never experienced this kind of service in all my years of visiting any Burger King...ever. Thank you.

Ordered 2 junior whoppers. They were great, only problem was it took 20 min to get them. Also ordered onion rings and they were terribil the oil was either old or not hot enough. I would understand but there was only 2 of us in line and no one inside.
