Walked in was greeted, staff was very friendly. I Couldn't try the food because the prep cooler was broken... furniture and floors very worn-out.

A downtown favorite! Finn decided what I drink when I come here, and they always make the right choice.

Everything was great, but the hours listed (on door and Google) state the shop closes 8, but last night we were informed they would be “closing early this evening”.

Coffee is great, vibe is great, baristas are very nice - but in the few times I’ve been there, they’ll randomly close an hour earlier than their regular hours, without any warning. Just change your hours! It’s sucks to settle down to get some work done, buy a meal and coffee and get kicked out an hour earlier than you expect.

I've been going to kopi from the beginning. the homeless have taken over can't sit out front and have a cup in peace. nothing against the homeless just want to enjoy my coffee.

Nice coffee shop and a great breakfast sandwich! We were here early and it wasn’t too busy but I bet it gets pretty busy throughout the day!

I go to Kopi for a number of reasons. They are within walking distance, I like their coffee and scones and I value the fact that they have been serving the community for decades. I appreciate that the barisas do their best, it isn't as easy a job as some people think! There are some homeless people but they do not bother anyone. After all it is the downtown area. Overall I feel very comfortable in this place. I only wish I could find some people willing to talk instead of looking at their screens.

Not the best drinks or the best food that I've ever had, but the place is reliably open, centrally located, very affordable, and always has space to sit and work. For this reason I've been here many times.

The lady up front had no idea what she was doing, what she was talking about nor was her attitude good at all.The “ham and Swiss panini” is just ham on a slice of bread with cheese. That’s it.

Best coffeehouse in Champaign-Urbana, and has been since I was a kid. Love their Cafe Miel and always appreciate the local artwork. Baristas have always been top-notch, and I'm very glad they have delicious sandwiches now. You should definitely stop by and enjoy it when you're in downtown

Needed coffee so stopped by Cafe Kopi. Service was okay, but not super friendly. Coffee was nothing special. I had an iced mocha. Seems to be a popular spot for hanging out. Outdoor tables will crowded. Too much cigarette smoke for me. It was just okay. Glad I tried it, but likely won't try again.
