Had a lovely first visit to Casa Margaritas tonight! We had a party of 7 that was easily handled, which was awesome! A few ordered margaritas and they all proclaimed them to be excellent- we got a half pitcher of lime and half pitcher of mango. Started with some queso dip and chips and salsa, and then I ordered a chicken Fajita Quesadilla. You may see from the photo that there was cheese on the outside, which was quite, well, cheesy! The menu was longer than that first page, but I'll have to come back to photograph it. The interior was very colorful with lots of "Margaritaville" signage, but clean and friendly. Check it out if you want a tasty marg!

This place was absolutely fantastic. It’s definitely our go-to Mexican joint. First one to really impress us since moving here from Texas. High quality meat, great service. Can’t wait to come back!

Vegans, stay away. I ordered a combo meal (enchilada, burrito, chalupa) and asked for it to be made vegan (no meat, no cheese, no sour cream) and just made with vegetables. First, my plate came out covered with cheese. I sent it back and had it remade. When I started eating it, it turned out my "burrito" was just a tortilla filled with refried bean goop and NOTHING ELSE, and my "enchilada" was basically identical: a smaller tortilla filled with refried bean goop and nothing else. The chalupa was similarly a tortilla with refried bean goop, but at least that had lettuce on top. Very disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Disappointing vegan meal

+ Atmosphere is vibrant with bright color paints.+ There are plenty of parking spaces behind the building.+ They serve enough food for the price; I tried Hawaiian Fajita.+ This is a serious contender for El Toro in terms of taste.+ Servers are very attentive and friendly!

Bright environment, fast service, great hours and really really solid food. An absolutely excellent addition to west Champaign! The salsa and chips were good. I ordered the Fiesta plate and it was well seasoned, extremely generous portion for a more than reasonable price.

Excellent fish tacos (they are not on the menu but they should be).
