Sorry I have to change my ideal of Chick-fil-A !!!! Doing My Hussel for a party! Sent orders for the Once Was Awesome Chick-fil-A. ( You know they are Open until 10pm on Saturday ) Got There And They Closed It 9:00pm ?? So I Knocked On The Window To Let Them Know I Was There ( Because You Know I Had Called Earlier To Confirm My Order) To Pickup My Orders ( That you have to pay for a head of Pickup ) All the workers and Manager Ignored Me . So naturally I was going to try Drive Thru .. They Had It Chained For No Entry SMH So I Try And Call Them. Getting A Message Telling Me There's No One To Except My Call ?????? I See People In There Working And A Tub With Bagged Food But No One's Answering My Trys To Get My Food Orders 😭 So Of Course It's 9:30pm and I Have No Food And My Money Is Heldup In Chick-fil-A Airways.... It's Sad I Have To Tell My Company I Have No Food And Money 😭 How Embarrassing !! They Could Of Called Me To Say Come Get It Earlier But They Chose To Leave Me Out In The Rain 🌧️☔ 😭 So I Have To Them In My Rear View Mirror 🌆 ..... I REALLY HATE GIVING BAD REVIEWS BUT SOMETIMES IT JUST NEEDS TO BE DONE SO NO ONE ELSE GOES THROUGH WHAT I DID !!!

Mr. Dan Harrison shared that he became the new owner in July and that the negative service that I and many others have received will change under his leadership. I am very appreciative of his effort I want to reflect that my issue has been addressed. I truly appreciate Mr. Harrison reaching out.
I ordered some food via the app from home, and went to go pick it up. App said 11 minutes based on my location at the time. I get in the drive thru and more time elapses. I then go back home another 11 minutes. I realize that I didn’t get all of my food, but didn’t want to waste what I had so I ate one of my sandwiches and fries. I head back to the restaurant (11 more minutes) and get in line. I explain to the cashier my situation which he shares with a lady manager. Then I wait and wait and wait. Finally the guy comes back and says “since it’s been over an hour, you have to call this number to get this taken care of.” I was flabbergasted! Are you kidding me? Whatever happened to Chic-Fil-A’s customer service that was so good, people made social media videos joking about it? You know how they will chase your car down because they forgot to give you some napkins. Well this was not that! What’s worse is that I now have to reorder some food because it what my wife and I had for dinner and she had not eaten because she it wasn’t in the bag. Chic-Fil-A do better!! And I have receipts for all of it! That’s strike one with me. Two more and it’s Slim Chickens and Canes only after that!

This was probably one of the nicest Chick-fil-A's I have been to.
The lobby was big, the order area was separated from the eating area so everyone wasn't bunched up waiting for food around everyone's tables.
Very good food, good prices Food always comes to you hot and fresh and the staff are so friendly and willing to help you, that a plus to me... Parking is a little congested alot of the time, need more handicap parking though.....overall it's a good place to eat and bring kids.....will be returning!!

Very rare that I would give a Chick-fil-A a two-star but I was on the road and the sandwich I ordered had jack cheese on it but it looked like they slapped the cheese on there and then realized it wasn't supposed to be there so they tried to pull it off and instead of making a new sandwich they just sent it out with a bunch of cheese still stuck to it. So all I got to eat out of that meal was french fries. I know they knew because the other sandwich that I ordered didn't have cheese on it like it was supposed to.
