They package orders in the worst way possible. They will put a small cup of kale salad in the bottom of the bag on one side, then all the heavy chicken on top. This obviously causes the bag to be top heavy, and uneven / not flat on the bottom, and the bag will tip over when set on a flat surface, or the bag will fall out of your hands while carrying it and cause you to spill your drinks being held in your other hand and everything. There's no way to grab the bag from the top and carry it either, so top heavy uneven bags are not ideal.
Not good for delivery orders. Why do they do this? Doesn't make any sense. Please train your staff on how to bag items properly - PLEASE. This is really simple stuff that can make or break a customer experience. When the bag jumps out of a customers hands and the drinks they're carrying hit the ground, they're not going to want to replace them, but if the items were packaged properly, these things wouldn't happen, and the orders would be easy to carry and not tip over out of your hand or when set on a flat surface. Totally avoidable.

Amazing service! We had a group of 6 with 2 small children. Were met at the end of a long line and led to a table where are order was taken. Quickly got our food and were often asked if we needed anything.

I placed a DoorDash order here. The first DoorDasher said my order got stolen and the employees wouldn’t help him. Then it got reassigned and said it was being prepared again, and my new DoorDasher was waiting for the order for a solid 10 minutes, and then it got reassigned again and said it was being prepared again. I didn’t get a refund. Please make sure the correct DoorDasher gets the food so our orders don’t get stolen. Customers, don’t order delivery from here.
