They package orders in the worst way possible. They will put a small cup of kale salad in the bottom of the bag on one side, then all the heavy chicken on top. This obviously causes the bag to be top heavy, and uneven / not flat on the bottom, and the bag will tip over when set on a flat surface, or the bag will fall out of your hands while carrying it and cause you to spill your drinks being held in your other hand and everything. Amazing service! We had a group of 6 with 2 small children. Were met at the end of a long line and led to a table where are order was taken. Quickly got our food and were often asked if we needed anything.
I had the most amazing experience at this Chick Fil A. The workers were so kind, patient, and helpful. Joey and Marissa made it an unforgettable trip and have some of the best customer service skills I have ever experienced! Would definitely return again just because of this amazing staff!
