We don't live there so that's how we know his information was stolen from this chilies. Now his job is on the line because someone employed here took it upon themselves to STEAL his card number and make charges. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHILIES, THEY ARE THEIVES.

Food was good, atmosphere was relaxing, sports were on the TV by the bar, the waitress was amazing. Oh did I say the food was very good and filling.
So when you order your burger rare and it comes out burnt I get frustrated. One because it isn’t what I ordered. Two because the runner doesn’t know what I ordered. Three my waitress saw the burger, saw I didn’t eat the burger, and never asked about it. Never checked on it. Never questioned. The hostess never smiled or said hello either. It’s a shame. I should not have to fight to get what I ordered. Someone should care. I love chilis. But I won’t be stopping by this one anymore.

Very busy with alot of dirty tables sitting while many people had a 30+ min wait, waitress was good and food was good as usally is.
The unlimited chips and salsa saved the meal for me. The crispy chicken sandwich lacked flavor and crunch. The fries were mediocre. The chips are very thin and crunchy if that is something you like. The ranch dip was very watery and the triple dipper very greasy.

Second time ever going to a Chili’s and was quite impressed. For an off time to be eating lunch, the place was still quite full (which is a good thing!) and made the atmosphere nice. I cannot stand empty restaurants. The food was very hot and fresh and had great flavor. The service was responsive and great as well. We will be back!

Following a 15-minute wait for seating, we received prompt and courteous service. Chips and salsa were provided immediately upon seating, preceding the drink order. Food service was also efficient.
Had a mixed experience here. Turned out okay, but wouldn't have if I hadn't spoke up and asked what the deal was. I ordered chips and salsa and the southwestern eggrolls app. Generally speaking, I love both of these things. This day they served me a basket of chips that was almost sawdust. Maybe 3-4 full-size chips in the entire basket. And the other chips weren't half-size, they were crumbs. I was sitting at the bar and thought that the bartender/mgr would notice how bad the chips were - especially since I wasn't eating them. After I gave up on that, I called her over and asked her if these chips met their standards. She said no and brought me a basket of fresh chips. But come on, it shouldn't have needed to get to that point.

Drink of the month is a great deal. The triple dipper (pick 3 appetizer type foods) is good and cheap. Dogfishhead ipa on tap. Chicken bacon ranch and brisket quesadilla's are fantastic as well. Make sure to get the bottomless chips and salsa. Their homeade fresh chips are SO good!
