So… I have never really been a person to do reviews… but I’ve given the chipotle on Anthony drive a few tries but each time it was awful. I have posted a review on that one already. So, I tried this chipotle on green street in hopes that I could actually enjoy some food. Well, I picked up my order today and my tacos didn’t even come with taco shells, my husbands burrito tortilla was the driest tortilla ever, the burrito fell apart in his hands, AND the queso was not fully cooked. It was lumpy and gross. I tried to call the store but you get met with a robot who won’t route you to a person. Then, i try the chipotle app to get some sort of refund and for 2 bad entrees and a bad side all it offered me was 1 free entree. I don’t want a free entree??? There’s not a chipotle in town I can actually redeem it at because they both suck! I’d rather just have my money back.

BY FAR THE WORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Both locations here in Champaign are just absolutely horrendous. When you call the store it gets sent to an AI response because they get called probably every hour and they don’t want to be held accountable. I truly wish new ownership could come and take over so that way we can get some good quality food back instead of this lousy excuse they call food. Please do better. The community deserves better than this garbage.

*Also this is my first one star review, NEVER do I post negative reviews because I understand things happen and it’s hard to be at your 100% everyday BUT this is was the last straw. I’ve been burned by both of these locations too many times for me to be silent.

I have been to Chipotles all across the country and I have to say this Chipotle in particular serves the smallest amount of food, and has the slowest ever service. And this is a Chipotle on a university campus... what are you doing??? Trying to make the least amount of money possible? Because I'm certainly NEVER coming here ever again. People are literally walking away from the place when they see a line of 10 people because that's a 20 min wait. At least the place was generally clean.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the entire team and especially to Jason, who was overseeing them, on Friday night 11/14.
I'd had issues getting an online order in, came in during a dinner rush to place an order for 13 bowls - Jason read the orders off of my list, directed his team efficiently and quickly, and even helped me walk the order down the street for my staff meeting.
The whole team worked extremely fast and didn't miss a thing - food was delicious. Fantastic customer service, and very very appreciated! Thank you to all!

I always forget why i completely avoid chipotle ads a good option until i come here. The management is rude and the employees are too! Like honestly when i say costumer service is not a thing at this establishment as well as the food quality. When did chipotle fall off this bad ? 0/10 don’t waste your time going to the chipotle on green

I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, beans, and fajita veggies. Got one with with the wrong rice, steak (like 4 pieces btw) and lettuce… had to double check if I got the wrong order but literally my name with the right ordered was on the lid so… 😑

Forgot half of the ingredients on my bowl, and I ordered for delivery and it took 1.5 hours. Awful experience. I’m never getting chipotle again my bowl was disgusting

After being in line for 20+ minutes, they ran out of both rice types in the front, but not for the other station that makes mobile orders... but management stated it gets priority so the front couldn't use it to fulfil in store orders.

On top of the fact that they hadn't even started a backup of rice, we now had a 20 minute wait for rice. While a lot of people left many of us waited, watching all the mobile orders getting made and bagged (and then not picked up). Noticing just how messy the store is.

An hour later I get our food (2 burrito bowls) and when I get home, one of the containers has leaked the salsa all over the bottom of bag and the food tears right through it and plops onto the seat and floor.

Poor time management, management, and service. I'm not returning.

She Invents Elegant Events

My fiance and I ordered bowls
My bowl was extremely scorched (peppers and onions). My fiance was poked in his gums by something that look like a nail after taking a bite of his bowl. We are extremely dissapointed.

I was just in there picking up my order and this girl ordered online she simply didn’t want beans and they made her bowl with beans and the refused to remake it for her and gave her the bitchiest of attitudes when the girl was being nice to the workers about the whole thing was even willing to wait and the refused. That was insanely pathetic to watch

Absolutely the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I can’t have rice or a tortilla, so I asked for the salad. The employee said she didn’t know where the lettuce is. Ummm…okay can you find out? Ask someone? Go find it? Where do you think lettuce would be ma’am? Probably in the refrigerator? Need to cut more? Then cut more! I needed extra beans because, like stated above, I need protein to eat since I can’t fill up on rice. She significantly shorted me on beans, and meat, and, pico…and they didn’t have any veggies. So why are you open!? Please tell me. I would highly suggest eating somewhere else. And not Qdoba around the corner, they were also incompetent and out of half of their items. What in the heck is happening in this area?
