I went on February 23rd around 7:30pm and ordered my food with an insufferable employee who I think is either a manager or a shift lead because he looked a bit older and was telling everyone what to do. He was mocking customers on their orders and for not screaming their orders by saying stuff like “Nobody likes to speak up today!” and “You really want to pay the extra two dollars for more sides??! This is a kids meal, not an adult meal!!”. He is so loud and sassy my ear’s could’ve started to bleed. Even the other younger employees looked miserable in his presence. It is crazy how he obviously embarrassed or annoyed multiple customers one after another. I am miserable and want to cry. The persons burrito in front of me looked puny and pathetic too. Please fire that guy or something bc hes def on some kind of power trip and has no human emotions or empathy

I went here with a few friends and as much as I love going to Chipotle, this location was definitely a downgrade from the one on Prospect. My burrito was poorly assembled and I would have times where I would just get so much sour cream at once. The seating areas had 4 seats max and all in all, this location just felt kind of cramped. I still enjoyed my burrito, don't get me wrong and the workers were kind but definitely not a place I'm going to frequent.

Is place is pretty good as far as chipotles go. I feel like they sometimes give some light scoops on the meat beans and rice. Other than that though this is a goated spot to get food. Chipotle is old reliable. My order is a bowl with double white rice, both beans, chicken, mild and medium salsa, sour cream and cheese. And also a vinaigrette on the side.

I come to this Chipotle often when I’m craving a burrito bowl, so I know what to expect, especially since it’s in a college town. It’s always packed, which is understandable, but some of the issues here are unacceptable.

The service is decent, but the cleanliness and food quality is a disappointing. Nearly every time I visit, the tables are covered in food and trash, and the garbage cans are overflowing. It’s obvious they struggle to keep up with the crowds, but basic cleanliness shouldn’t be an issue.

On top of that, the food quality is hit-or-miss. I’ve been served stale chips more often than not, which is disappointing, especially considering the prices. If this location stepped up its cleanliness and food freshness, it would make a huge difference.

Quite possibly the worst Chipotle in the country. I said I'd never eat from there again and boy I should have stuck to it. In order to avoid the dirty store and hearing the infighting amongst the employees we thought, online is the solution! WRONG! Paid nearly 20 dollars for a bowl, double meat chicken and steak. There wasn't 1 full serving of meat present and 5 pieces of lettuse let you know the size of every other add on. You could see the bottom when the lid came off. Barely enough to fill a taco shell. Absolutely appalling. Corporate said they'd give me a free entree and let the store know so they could improve. 😆 Serves me right for thinking there would be a different outcome when they've proven who they are. The Chipotle in Champaign, IL on Anthony Drive is the poster child for food service disgrace! Enter at your own risk!

You might not want to order here online (even if it is a pick up order; mine was pick up order) if you want your portion to be good. The serving wasn’t this bad when I walked in but apparently it seems like they can’t or don’t deal with the online order seriously.

As a frequent Chipotle enjoyer, I am disappointed and frustrated by the complete lack of competence by the staff during my most recent visit. I had a confirmed pickup order through Chipotle (via DoorDash), yet when I arrived at the store, the staff claimed no such order was received. This confusion alone was bad enough, but it gets worse.

When I spoke to the manager for assistance, I was shocked by their total ignorance of food delivery services like DoorDash. She said and I quote, "I know nothing about how Doordash works." After providing the order name, as requested, the manager then insisted on a pickup time, which was inaccessible since the order was already marked "Ready" on DoorDash. This circular incompetence left me with no choice but to pay out of pocket for a second meal.

This experience was beyond unacceptable. It’s appalling that Chipotle allows staff, particularly managers, to remain so uninformed and untrained on critical aspects of modern service like food delivery platforms. This lack of basic knowledge creates needless frustration and expense for your customers.

Chipotle, if you value your reputation and your customers, train your staff—especially your managers—on how to handle food delivery orders properly. Your lack of preparedness reflects poorly on your brand, and as someone who has always loved eating at Chipotle, I find this level of service both infuriating and embarrassing. Do better.

One of my worst chipotle experiences ever. There are two locations in this area, and both have continuously disappointed me. As a life-long fan of chipotle, I’m very sad that I have almost completely written off going to chipotle because of locations like this. The staff was unpleasant, and gave some of the worst portions I’ve seen at chipotle. Taking every piece of steak out of the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten, it weighs a total 2.55 oz, nowhere near the 4 oz it should be, even with a bunch of extra food stuck to it. They also completely forgot to put an item in my bag.

I had ordered my food online this time. Normally I do go to the store and get my food and my food be perfectly made and not sloppy and all over the place and my bowl is nicely filled today for some reason I ordered my food off-line. there’s hardly anything in my bowl and they just did my bowl any kind of way I don’t even have enough romaine lettuce on my food so I’m trying to figure out what is this that they gave me? My bowl look completely empty. Where is my lettuce at it look like somebody was eating in my bowl before they deliver it to me. This is really unacceptable. I’m not understanding why y’all acting like that with food that’s not even coming out of our pocket. The company is buying his food, so I’m not understanding why I don’t have no Romain lettuce in my bowl.

I ordered carnitas for my bowl and they gave me really bad parts of meat. There was way too much fat I had like 70% fat and the meat was cold. I usually order steak/chicken so I’ll stick to that.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The proportions are lackluster at best. Look at the photo for reference. If you go at a regular time, you can guarantee that the line is 10-15 minutes. Lastly this location runs out of food often. There have been times when I have waited in that long line to find out that they’re out of chicken when I get to the front. It truly is a shame that a chipotle of these standards even exists.
