They have messed up our orders almost every single time and things are not cooking correctly. Customer service is awful they will either hang up or not answer. I ordered an entree that came with white rice, when the order had no white rice they told me to take it up with door dash because it doesn't come with it, even thought their menu advertised it and I payed extra to get. I called to let them know and I get yelled and hung up on.

Orange chicken was dry. Some was just dry bits. I felt sick the next day. Over prices. Will do my best to not come back. Sadly. Very few foods where I don’t finish my plate.

i ordered the chicken lo mein and all i got was noodles ? no vegetables, no meat, nothing. you'd think with having to pay the outrageous fees on the delivery sites they use, they would put more effort into remembering 2 out of the 3 things that go into chicken lo mein. im usually not the type of person to leave bad reviews but Bruh.

I was a bit surprised to see the rating for Chopstix this low. This is NOT low quality Chinese food as some have stated, at least not anything like the places that have the food already made and waiting in bins. Chopstix makes items to order, and I think they're decent, especially considering how fast they are. It isn't anything super special, but they're also one of the few places to get takeout late at night. The one con I would list is that things are starting to get silly expensive. I know inflation has been up, but it just seems like buying takeout is getting ridiculous.

Chopstix never disappoints. The containers are packed to the brim so I can always get multiple meals out of one order. Delivery is always fast and the food is delicious. Food is reasonably priced too. This is my go to restaurant for asian food

I just don't understand why the delivery always call me 5 minutes before arrive. I don't live in apartment, i don't have to wait for the elevator. I just a person waiting for the order for one hour. Then I have to wait additional five minutes outside the house at 2 AM with wind and The sound of insects, and facing a delivery man with a bad attitude？
