Hadn’t been to this place in a while, now I know why. The ice cream had no flavor!!!! Literally had no taste, I ordered the coffee lovers, the cone and ice cream were completely tasteless……after spending a whopping 9.57…..now I know I will not ever return! What a disappointment!!!!!

This place is a JOKE! They run out of ingredients weekly, because the management is incompitent. The staff is so young, including managers, that they don't know how to treat their employees or customers. The establishment is overpriced and overrated. I would suggest boba on campus.

Omg. The ice cream here is so amazing and delicious. The workers are well trained and respectful. I go to Champaign about once a week for family dinner and we can’t leave without going to our favorite ice place.

My first time at this location and I was so happy to get some ice cream until I discovered there was a long piece of hair in my ice cream!!!!? I took it back in to show the employee and he got his manager, so I showed him and he said these things happen.Smh I was so disappointed.I got my money back but I will never come back here again. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone ele!

Who doesn't love cold sweet treats that you can customize? The rewards program is super easy, the app works, and the staff are super friendly! Plus they have non dairy ice cream. Trust me it's worth it.

Great Ice Cream, but the dark haired manager with glasses is rude and always on his cell or with friends when we go in there. We always feel bad for the girls behind the counter trying to help 10-15 customers while the dude watches and texts. It’s not a good look, which sucks bc the ice cream is AMAZING!
