I ordered mini cookies via Ubereats and it took 1 hour then when I tried to cancell the order I was informed that they were closed. Then, why do they allow making orders at all. Moreover although the delivery guy arrived but since the shop was closed she could not bring my order, another guy seemed as if he was bringing it. Idk if it has sth do with ubereats or crumbles but it pissed me off.

i ordered delivery through the app and my order was missing after i went out to get it. ashley went above and beyond to help figure out the situation and her customer service skills were astounding. i would return solely because of how she handled the situation with such grace. she was very understanding and fun to talk to and made light of the situation which made the things a lot easier. i love this store!
