I don't get the hype. Had a standard burger and fries combo. The burger wasn't nearly as buttery as I'd been led to believe and the fries were also undersalted.

I ate here for the novelty but it was incredibly unhealthy. The burger was dripping with grease and the fries were oversalted. The cashier said she was making it fresh, but goodness gracious did I feel old afterwards.

Culver's is our new Red lobster when we want to go out and treat ourselves. This is where we go now. We find Red lobster too expensive. My wife and I usually get their chicken bacon, blue cheese salad and when we feel in the mood for something with a little more protein, we of course go for the butter burgers. The ice cream is fine. Nothing spectacular but they do allow you to customize it a lot. Prices were a little on the high side. The french fries seem to be a little inconsistent in terms of crispiness. Sometimes they're a little soft and wimpy other times. They're really nice firm and crispy on the outside. We always feel like we're eating high quality food but without detailed ingredient list. How can anyone be sure these days?

Bathroom was disgusting, smelled like sewage. The lemonade tasted like hose water, service was awful. Some kid named Gabe I think took my order and was just weird. Idk I usually never have bad service at Culver’s, this one was just odd
Service was quick and workers were friendly. The restaurant itself was busy, as to be expected around a lunch rush, but I got my food pretty quickly despite the amount of people. I tried a sample of ice cream an employee had brought around. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger, and it was pretty greasy, but still good. Overall a good, quick experience. Looking forward to coming again.

The staff was very polite and helpful. I ordered a burger without a bun and the manager asked if I just want a bun or they have gluten free buns. The gluten free was a better one.
