Very unfriendly every time I’ve been. Last time I went the guy handed me a Pepsi for my drink without asking what I wanted. When I asked if he included the kids drink, he said “it’s all in there”… and of course it wasn’t.

I went up there for an Italian beef and the juice on the side and what they gave me was a skimpy Italian beef and a small cup of juice it's majority peppers and I never had this problem before I am very dissatisfied I came 3 hours away from Carbondale just to eat there and they did me like this highly disgusted

Wonderful local vendor for fried food and sandwiches. The wings are jumbo sized and delicious. The sandwiches are too die for. Will come again.

Awesome food, friendly service, clean facilities inside and out. The owner was front and center for feedback and service checkup. The portions were even more then I could finish. And when I take home almost a full order, that says a lot. I've been known to eat 2 entrees in one sitting. The employees look like they are happy to be there and it shows in the service.Parking: Plenty of parking in the back of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs should have no problem getting in and out.

The food is great, at least what I have had so far. But we put an order in online and they didn't get it. I had to order it again when I went to pick it up. The ordering system needs to be more user-friendly.

I love how fresh all of the food is! I was definitely okay with waiting for 15 minutes to get my food!My fiancé ordered a Philly with a side of onion rings, and a single gyro. He barely spoke the entire time he ate because he was scarfing down everything so quickly because it was so good.I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a side of fries!! It was amazing and perfectly cooked!Let’s just say I’d go back just for the fries! I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Not horribly priced but could be better. Got the Italian beef sandwich...was pretty good but they asked if I wanted it dipped or on the side, I asked for on the side and got none. Added 2.79 to make it a meal, the fries were almost cold and the drink was a can of pop or add a 1.50 to make it a bottle?? The mozzarella sticks were just ok, definitely have had better. The service was horrible. I was the 2nd person in line and nobody behind me for like 15 minutes at least....3 people ordered after me and got their food first. I sat there for 50 minutes. They have a sign saying be patient that they are short staffed....they 1 on the register and 4 cooks....how is that short staffed? It will be a while before I go back there, if at all.

Well my first time being there didn't go very well. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tender dinner. With additional order of Mac and cheese. When I got home I got a 5 wing dinner. The Mac and cheese was not good very runny. But I'll give it another try.

Tried it for the first time today. The food took about 15 minutes to come out, but it was fresh. Good fries, great fish, and the desserts are pretty good as well.

Tried this place for the first time today. We will DEFINITELY be going back! The food was amazing and the owner was super friendly! Can’t beat the prices either. The crispy chicken sandwich is a must try for anyone who loves chicken. The fries are the tasty coated fries! Almost can’t wait to go back and try more things!
