I wasn’t going to leave a review because I already reached out and emailed customer service. However for the General manager to call me apologize and say he’d credit my account and not live up to his word is bad for business. I just wanted a refund for constantly ordering food and it not being prepared correctly.

Went to Denny's stood at the counter probably 5 employee looked at us. One girl came up to the counter looked at us looked at something and walked away. She did not say one word to us like someone will be with you in a moment. Needless to say we walked out and went elsewhere. Where is management and where are the employees that actually care about customers and customer service? I wish I could give them 0 stars!!
Darren is such amazing host and is on time with food and taking our order quick and keeps his tables super clean and very polite and making sure things are going good!!! I give him 10/10 amazing job!!!
