I wasn’t going to leave a review because I already reached out and emailed customer service. However for the General manager to call me apologize and say he’d credit my account and not live up to his word is bad for business. I just wanted a refund for constantly ordering food and it not being prepared correctly.

The food was not good. My eggs were WAY over cooked. The coffee was disgusting and cold. The bathroom is filthy. And there's a notice on the entrance door that shows they have violations from the health department 🤢🤮
In an empty restaurant, it took them 20min to visit my table.

Went to Denny's stood at the counter probably 5 employee looked at us. One girl came up to the counter looked at us looked at something and walked away. She did not say one word to us like someone will be with you in a moment. Needless to say we walked out and went elsewhere. Where is management and where are the employees that actually care about customers and customer service? I wish I could give them 0 stars!!
