Ordered delivery and it never arrived. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but then they were rude on the phone and told me the driver had a triple delivery and to wait a few minutes despite it showing delivered in the app. Waited a few minutes then called back and was told “oh he’s just pulling up, let me talk to him.” Waited several minutes and then was told well I can’t do anything, here’s my manager. Manager said she was new and could process a refund to call back in 3-5 hours. Called back and was then given to the “district manager” who said the order was too old and now locked. She’d have to process the order the next morning. Made zero sense but I just recorded the call and told her if I don’t get a refund I would be disputing the charge. She said it was show up within 24-48 hours and here I am several days later and no refund. Never ordering from these thieves again.

The girl who was working the kitchen around 8 on Tuesday Sep 9th, I think she was by herself, is a top notch employee.
You Guys are the best of all the Dominoes I've had Problems with the others Thanks for your service and your driver's are very polite many others are nasty that's why I try to order from you Guys. I don't know about the store but your staff always seem professional.

Last I went into the lobby. Nice gentleman. I picked up. I didn't have to wait. In and out that quick. Of course, I ordered online. Sometimes, when you place an order online it'll take forever. Not this time. I'm satisfied 😌

Walked in there at 9:00 pm with nobody in there. Kimberly had an attitude from the moment I walked in there. Kimberly was already being rude on the phone to another customer and slammed the phone and turned to me to ask me what I wanted. I could tell she was irritated so I just tried to hurry up with my order and started to order a medium cheese pizza and a large meatzza. She interrupted me mid sentence to tell me I was talking too fast and needed to slow down because she couldn’t type that fast. At this point I start to match her energy and attitude and ask her what’s so hard to understand about ordering 2 pizzas. She then refuses to service me and tells me I can come back and talk to her district manager on Tuesday which I will be glad to. Kimberly you are mad at your own miserable life, my cheese pizzas did nothing to you ma’am!

“I had a very disappointing experience at Domino’s on North Prospect in Champaign. I placed my order 15 minutes in advance, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. However, when I got to the store, they hadn’t even started making it. This was frustrating and completely unexpected, as I’ve never encountered such poor service before. Very disappointed!”
This location is always nailing it with our orders, this is best Domino's location in town from my experience.

Usually they have been fine. My order has been made right every time Sure they were late to deliver a few times, I get that, though.
But why when I order and it gets canceled there's no one answering the phone?
Or anyone attempt to let me know at all....
How am I supposed to know what's going on if no one answers?
I wanted to use there services but I guess they don't want business.
I would like someone to call me.
Hey if you're short staffed or somethings going on, ok, fine, but then don't allow people to put in orders waiting for food that's never coming.
I only found out my order got canceled after waiting an hr to check the app and see it was canceled....

Placed order online and after it was "in the works" my order was suddenly canceled and I was informed by a text. A phone number was there to call if I had any questions. No one is answering that phone and I tried over a dozen times last night and again this morning, no answer, no reason given for canceling my order. This location is always a problem and always has issues. I'm deleting my account and will not waste my time again with a location that has zero customer service.
My pizza wasn't what it was supposed to be. I ordered large sausage,ham,double cheese.mushrooms black olives pineapple onions and spinach. It came with only a little ham,spinach, black olives and very little cheese. No pineapple, no sausage no mushrooms and no onions. Will not order from there again. I spent $80 for almost nothing.

Doesn’t surprise me, that all locations in town suck. Prospect Ave in Champaign… Simple order, but they can’t get it right, EVER! They tell me there is nothing they can do, unless I go back and wait for a new pizza to be made. “No credit, no refund”… Once again I will take this up to corporate. If you can’t read/follow directions, you shouldn’t be working here…
