Usually they have been fine. My order has been made right every time Sure they were late to deliver a few times, I get that, though. But why when I order and it gets canceled there's no one answering the phone? Or anyone attempt to let me know at all....
How am I supposed to know what's going on if no one answers?
I wanted to use there services but I guess they don't want business.
I would like someone to call me.
Hey if you're short staffed or somethings going on, ok, fine, but then don't allow people to put in orders waiting for food that's never coming.
I only found out my order got canceled after waiting an hr to check the app and see it was canceled....
Placed order online and after it was "in the works" my order was suddenly canceled and I was informed by a text. A phone number was there to call if I had any questions. No one is answering that phone and I tried over a dozen times last night and again this morning, no answer, no reason given for canceling my order. This location is always a problem and always has issues. I'm deleting my account and will not waste my time again with a location that has zero customer service.

My pizza wasn't what it was supposed to be. I ordered large sausage,ham,double cheese.mushrooms black olives pineapple onions and spinach. It came with only a little ham,spinach, black olives and very little cheese. No pineapple, no sausage no mushrooms and no onions. Will not order from there again. I spent $80 for almost nothing.

Doesn’t surprise me, that all locations in town suck. Prospect Ave in Champaign… Simple order, but they can’t get it right, EVER! They tell me there is nothing they can do, unless I go back and wait for a new pizza to be made. “No credit, no refund”… Once again I will take this up to corporate. If you can’t read/follow directions, you shouldn’t be working here…

When the order goes smoothly it's fine. But we have had multiple issues with our orders from this store. Our order has been thrown out for sitting too long when we ordered carry out after 5 min. And today we called 20 min after our quotes delivery time and was told our food wasn't made because they didn't have a delivery driver. They should have notified us of the issue so we could change our dinner plans before it got too late. They expected us to wait over 2 hours for our food without notice and we're mad at us when we tried to cancel the order. The staff planned it on the system and have over been very rude.

I ordered delivery, but the delivery drive never showed up. When I called to see where my pizza was, I was told that my order was paused because there was no driver. However, no one even bothered to call me and let me know. That's the part that angered me the most. The least someone could do is call and let me know that they can't deliver my pizza.
