2 hours and still do t have pizza. Manager never answers phone on hold for over 30 minutes. They take your money, though the minute you order!

We order a sausage pizza,and a pepperoni pizza we got two pepperoni pizzas.The cinnamon bread twist where greasy and hard as a rock . Last few times we have ordered from here it's been awful.Guess time to find a new pizza place ?

Its been 2 hours and still no delivery, understand weather conditions but this was due to short staff and behind on orders, phone call answers given. If you are behind, simply pause on orders until you are caught up.

I placed an order in the app for delivery because I was busy. The tracker said expected delivery was 58-66 minutes.I received a call after about 30 minutes later saying I needed to come pick up my order because there were no delivery drivers. I had to drop what I was doing and pick it up myself. The pizza was fine.I was still charged for delivery, though.

Refused to deliver a pizza for over 50$ with a cash payment. That's understandable. I opted for carry out instead. They refused to fill a carry out order over 50$ with a cash payment either. They require a prepayment with a card for any order. Spent 30min waiting on hold to speak with someone about the policy and if I could edit my order to bring it under 50$ so I could pay them with cash (in store or delivery at this point I didn't care which) no one ever picked up. Then I called back and the representative said she could split my order into two smaller orders but I had to hang up and call back to place the second order. Too much work to pay too much money in order to offer a business my patronage. If they want to make it that difficult for a paying customer to purchase from them they deserve to lose business over it.

Why put a delivery time on the website for after the order is placed and not before. Waiting two hours for a pizza that is 2 minutes down the road. I understand it's Friday but this is not the way of customer service. Someone in corporate should update the website so nobody is waiting that long after ordering. Let us decide before we order if we wanna wait all night to eat.

stop taking my review down. it's a violation of my right to free speech. you guys screwed me over dozens of times and you deserve it. this is the worst Domino's in existence. they make horrible food. worse food than all other locations in Champaign Urbana. it's made sloppy, not enough cheese, raw uncooked pizza dough 100% of the time for breads and deep dish, and frequently wrong toppings. delivery is usually cold. they don't take their own phone calls so you have to drive there when they screw up. the manager is mean, incompetent, and dishonest. she has blamed her own employees in front of me, when i know for a fact she was the one that took the order at the window. I've had to wait at the pickup window for 40 minutes before with absolutely no employees inside the store, and it was a pre paid so I had to sit and wait, then it was cold and there was no cheese on the cheesy bread. the manager was the only person there, and it didn't look busy, or near closing and I was the only person in line. she was just meandering in the back for "reasons" I guess.

I been waiting 4 hours for a pizza if you like waiting 4 hours go right ahead shouldn't take that long to deliver a pizza y'all need to fire who ever delivering pizza obviously not doing a good job smh

They deliver hot food! Thanks for that. Everyone makes mistakes but I like hot food so I choose Domino's.
