Madison prepared an excellent Philly Steak, and Mushroom Pizza, this evening!
I chose the Alfredo Sauce, to go with these toppings. The cream sauce complimented this pizza, really, really, well! The 8 piece, boneless chicken bites, were great, too!
Kelsey was our wonderful delivery, person!
She delivered our pizza, on time, according, to the Domino's App. Tracker!
We had a Great Experience, this Evening, without going out, into the Cold Weather!

Dominos either needs to get their online system to better understand staffing levels and time or get rid of it. The last four times I’ve ordered my pizza wasn’t even STARTED for over an hour after my order, but the website promised me pizza in 30-45 minutes. I don’t mind the wait I mind the lack of accuracy.
And if you are that understaffed - pay better and attract more drivers.

This has to be the most unorganized Domino's I have been to. Placed order 40 minutes before I arrived to pickup. Initially told it would be 31 minutes when ready. Upon arrival they had not started to make my pizza's. Waited 5 more minutes and saw they were now in the oven. 10 minutes of cook time. Another 5 minutes for the pizza's to be boxed up. The status board indicated "Ready" Stepped up to the counter and waited another 5 minutes only to be told the order was not ready. At that point with 60 minutes into the process I cancelled the order and left. No dedicated staff to run the counter, 12 people in line when I got there and 15 people in line when I left. Some of the people were there longer than me. Never coming back to this location again.

I am going to stop ordering from this Domino’s. It takes more than an hour to get one pizza for carryout. Horrible service

Placed an order around 11am to be picked up at 5:15pm. I walked in at 5:20 and they had not even started to make my pizza. While talking to the employees working their female coworker who was supposed to be there at 5 casually walked in 20min late like her ish don't stink and then didn't even get right to work. They were exceptionally unapologetic about the delay and I had to wait in my car for 20minutes with 2 young children while they moved at a snails pace. At 5:35 they finally had my pizzas ready. I do not think I will give them my business any more.

I ordered a pasta after years of it discontinued. They advertised it's sausy this time. Let me tell you its not. Dry ever pasta I had there was hardly any Alfredo sauce. I don't know what type of food cost they are saving on this Alfredo sauce portion. So disappointed will never order pasta with them again

I ordered 2 pizzas and pasta through the app at 5:32pm. They were extremely busy. I was very patient. At 7:00 when my pizza was finally done. I watched the older woman put one of my pizzas and my pasta in a stack with someone else’s order and send it to be delivered. I tried to get someone’s attention but they ignored me. When they realized they didn’t have two of my items they started to remake them. After an hour and a half I did not wait any longer.i said I just wanted to cancel my order but they started making it anyway. I had to raise my voice and waive my arms to get someone to listen to me and stop the madness. I just wanted a refund and take the loss on the time. They finally listened after another employee told them to listen to me. They cancelled my order including the one pizza they had already made so I left without any food.
I have worked in fast food as a manager. They should have apologized to me and given me the one part of my order they still had for free. None of them had customer service skills and the woman organizing the orders has very poor evaluation and organization skills and should not be the one putting orders together. I am extremely disappointed. The refund has not shown up on my card and they gave me no evidence of refunding my money. I guess this review is my documentation in case I have to fight for my refund.

Placed order at 730 to pick up at 845, to insure I'd have food before/during a 12 hour shift (nurse)
The app said the order was placed
Tracked it, updated it at 830 saying it was in the oven.
I pulled up to wait on curbside delivery
App told me at 845 to turn my headlights on, so they could see to bring food out
At 853 I went in
Was told my food wasn't done, wasn't even in the oven. He was preparing it then.
I explained I had to be at work
Showed the phone, the updates
Explained I was sitting out front for ten minutes
They kinda shrugged, giving no apology or explanation as to why it wasn't actually done, or even started.
They cancelled the order, leaving me to head to the 12 hour shift with no food.
Super bummed out
No refund yet, and all the points I redeemed are off the account as well. ?

To the “assistant manager” working tonight, (6/14/24) and roughly 7:50 PM. Kirby/Mattis in Champaign.. You rude as hell. That’s NOT customer service, first of all. I order FAITHFULLY here, if you didn’t know how to do your job, just say that! Corporate will hear from me, and I’m sure you’ll be out a job! This is PUBLIC so ima keep it clean :)
Pizza is worse than frozen pizza. Obviously the staff doesn’t give a S**t. I always think it’s going to get better and then they still suck. Pathetic. Driver was nice though. Whoever makes the pizza is not trained or doesn’t care. Tomestone pizzas are way better

From the guy unloading the truck and then touching prepared food without washing his hands, to using what looked like a dirty container to get water from the hand washing sink to add to the sauce. Not that the sink was ever used for hand washing the entire time I was there.
Other guy handling food took calls and handles cash then went right back to touching prepared food. Can only imagine what I don't see.
That combined with the store looking like it has t been cleaned or swept in weeks at like 1130am on a Wednesday, I'm done.
