I cant really rate the food because I never got my order. I placed my order. After 30 minutes it was still in the "prep" stage. I called the store to inquire about status. Was told there were 4 orders ahead of mine. Whoever I spoke with was incredibly rude. After an hour had passed, it was STILL in prep status. I ended up canceling the order. Will not order from this location again.

The delivery was on time the delivery man had dropped. My food off and he was wonderful. Great customer service when I got my food at 8:30pm today I went inside my house and got comfortable and start eating my cinnamon bread twist and here was a long piece of gray white hair right on my first piece that I was ready to eat If y’all serve food, please wear a hairnet, or shave y’all face completely off because this is nasty I won’t order anything else from there

Excellent customer service! The gentleman working on a Sunday didn’t have a delivery driver so my order got cancelled. They called to let me know and I replaced my order for pickup. When I got there they were committed to making things right for the hassle. I think most of us can relate to being understaffed and they were handling it like champs! Grateful for kind people in our community.

Ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery from Kirby location in Champaign. Received half burned, dried out pizza, which was really not edible. I had thin crust pizza many times, but this was totally different. Very disappointed. I don't understand how someone thought it was acceptable to send pizza like that for delivery. With their delivery fee and a tip, paid $21 for one large inedible pizza.

My two year-old little boy loves pizza so I was happy to buy him some from this location. Sadly, the poor guy was sick and vomited several times later that night. The next day, my SIL who shared with us was also violently ill. And the day after that, I was horribly sick, unable to keep fluids down and throwing up every 50 minutes. I don’t know what happened but clearly something was off with our pizzas. Everyone who ate the pepperoni pizza I ordered has been poisoned and we are still recovering! Domino’s was my favorite but pizza might be ruined for me now ?

Requested curbside delivery and waited over 5 minutes watching 4 employees appear to be working, so I figured they were behind schedule. Got the text about free pizza because they went beyond the 2 min tracker. Finally my son went in and out order was just sitting there. I had tipped over $5 for the curbside delivery and wish I hadn't. Pizza and tots were overcooked, brownies were undercooked. Never again from this location. Not even for free pizza.
