Based on my orders of chimichangas and panchos, Dos Reales seems to have authentic Mexican food with huge portions and great quality for the price. Food comes out fast and you get free nachos with sauce.

ordered delivery via a third party app. the restaurant forgot the cheese sauce on the side, promptly reached out to apologize and said they were on their way with the cheese sauce! a staff member drove the sauce all the way to us. they were so sweet and the food was great. so grateful for the good service and good food!

Dos Reales is hands down far better than any mexican restaurant in the champaign urbana area. service is outstanding, food is fresh and the quality and the value is far superior than all the others. This should definitely be on your repeat dining menu.

I absolutely love all the Mexican restaurants from Mattoon to Tuscola to Urbana, which is one reason I believe Illinois has some of the best food. However, I think they could improve their decor, as I've seen other Mexican restaurants with more elaborate decor and fancier seating for a more elegant atmosphere. It can also be a bit crammed in there as there may be lots of chairs and tables, but there are more in there than should be and I feel as though it’s because they’re busy and don’t want to lose out on any people wanting to dine in. I love getting Acapulco. Nutrition facts do not include calories.
