Great location and very kind staff. Unfortunately, they’ve been giving me American cheese most of the time when I customized it to cheddar and it’s getting a bit annoying. It didn’t happen much before but the last 6mos it happens most of the time. Coffees became inconsistent around the same time, as well. Ratios just aren’t consistent like they were.

I was stunned when I learned from an employee at the Neil St location that all the local Dunkin Donuts gouge customers by charging nearly $6.00 for a bagel with cream cheese. A schmeer of cream cheese is $2.39 plus $2.99 for the bagel, or $5.39 pre-tax. That's more expensive than at O'Hare Airport! A half a pound of cream cheese costs between $2.50 and $3.00 at your local grocery store. No thanks.

I came through the drive-through to order some donuts and coffee for our champagne police department when I pulled up to pay for it. the gentleman put my card in the machine, walked away and came back tried to run my card again. I told him don’t do that because I get notified every time my card has a purchase on it and it already says that they ran it for the $93.06. He kept arguing with me that it didn’t go through and I told him it did go through. it’s showing on my bank statement right here and my phone. They ran it again for another $93.06 and told me the first one would go back on my card. I am currently disputing this charge with my bank as both charges went through as a purchase. The customer service there is horrible. They would not refund my money and kept telling me it was only one charge when I was showing them on my phone. It was charged twice. I would be very of paying them with a card through the drive-through.

You guys need to replace the younger girl with glasses who runs the window most mornings. She never gets the orders right and acts like she can’t understand me through the speaker

They’re horrible with orders! This was a take out but simply drive through on several occasions during the rush. Even when they repeated the order back to you they get it wrong! For the price of a donut!!! I’ll just leave a little earlier and drive over to the other donut shop on Neil that’s not a Dunkin
