Second time in 2 days I have ordered went up to window and paid and was only given part of the order. Both times I was told “you said never mind” clearly it’s a trend. Left without getting drinks the only drinks I Ordered mid way during the order got the stuff before and after. Not going back.

This is the worst establishment; my niece who is 12 years old went to the kiosk and ordered her food, she did not get a receipt but waited for her food. The rude people behind the counter told her to get out of their store. My niece told them she hasn’t gotten her food yet they said they didn’t care and made her leave. My niece called her mother, her mother left work and came up to Dunkin. My sister showed the people behind the counter the transaction of the purchase because it comes through on her phone. The person said she needed to call her manager. Not sure if the manager was called or not because she left the front. Once she came back to the front she had an even bigger and ruder attitude. My sister asked for a refund she said she cannot help her. She was very very rude and wasted my sister and my nieces time.

I literally bought a coffee, took a sip, went home and dumped it down the drain. Straight trash burnt beyond burnt coffee!

Terrible customer service- although no other’s customers were in the store I had to order using a kiosk. I was double charged for the order and received a wrong order. When I showed them the double charge on my bank account, they started shouting at me like I was trying to steal from them. I will never enter that store again.

I'm only giving four stars for the drive-thru setup. When it's a slow day, it's a great shop to go to. But, when it's busy, the drive-thru line wraps around the building, making it harder to get in and out of the building itself.
Stood at the counter and watched a staff member talk on her phone and ignore me for at least 5 minutes. The guy taking out the trash had to tell someone to do their job. Wow. If it wasn't for a gift card I was gifted, I would have walked out immediately.

9/26/2024 first time there in a long time and I had to repeat my name five times (3 times at the drive thru speaker and 2 times at the window as loud as I could literally say my name without yelling lol before they could find my mobile order).
They kept trying to shove a box of donuts into my car window as I kept saying “that’s not mine…..” lol. Dunkin has had mobile orders for years, why r they acting like it’s the first day? Also there were literally no customers in the store, can only imagine the confusion when it’s busy.

I’ve had bad experiences here a couple times now. The last few times I scanned my reward points for deals, my points get scanned but no deal is applied. This last time, the worker said that he could not apply my coupon points (although he scanned it and depleted my account of those points) because I was using a “double promotion.” I didn’t have any other promotion attached. This is the second time my points get used with no deal applied, and it’s handled poorly every time.
