Made a mobile order went to pick up. I was asked to pull forward as it was a 4 drink order was informed it was a 5 minute wait. Pulled forward in the drive thru as requested. 20 minutes later still no beverages, returned to the drive thru line where our encounter with Nina was rude, stated someone brought out but couldn’t find us and did not apologize but BLAMED us that she couldn’t find us in the parking lot. We were watching the door and no employee came out. The drinks were not as requested and highly disappointed in the quality and service.

Usually this is my go to dunkin, but today was different. I went through the drive thru which I usually do. They handed me my order and they forgot a part of it, so I walked into the Dunkin and told them part of my order was missing. They all looked at me with disgust. Never have I felt so uncomfortable. They were rude to me and didn’t even say sorry about forgetting my food.
Then the worker who was working at the drive thru looked at me and goes “what?? Why are you in here??” With an attitude.

I don’t know what was going on today but it was not a normal day at this Dunkin.

Genuinely do not understand how a group of adults can run a business this inefficient. I waited for 45 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese. You could show a group of toddlers 5 minutes of the movie the founder and they could run a fast food restaurant better than these people.

Stopped in for a coffee, it tasted like cigarette butts, not fresh at all. I placed a mobile order and nobody called out my order when it was ready, they set it on the far side of the counter out of reach with the label facing away so I had nothing indicating it was my drink. I was standing there at the counter waiting and the workers just stared at me and didn’t say a word. I didn’t want to grab a random drink if it was someone else’s, I just wanted any acknowledgment from the employees.

Ive never really been a dunkin person but i went in met this amazing girl named mena that works there and she was literally the sweetest soul ive ever met she alone made my day and made me food and drink to perfection so would highly recommend its now my favorite spot

My food & coffee here has always been good, but I’m writing this review tonight to celebrate the staff at this location—

I went through the drive through this evening to order one chocolate iced donut and an iced water, and the kind employee at the window was so kind and gave me FIVE donuts!!! 🍩😊 It was so nice and such a wonderful surprise, and totally brightened my whole evening. I get that it might’ve just been some extras and it’s near the end of the day, but still, it was such a great surprise. Kudos to the employees here!!!

The manager at this location has got to go. Does not follow any procedures she is supposed to even during the ordering process and she's the manager of the store. You are lucky if you get your order made correctly at this location and chances are if you do it's because she's not there it's time for her to go. Besides that I think she does fishy things with her inventory like short people on espresso and lattes giving them literally half as much as they should get. And when entering orders on the order screen instead of putting liquid cane sugar she puts sugar every time. I know that these businesses have automatic inventory and I would think that liquid cane sugar is quite a bit more expensive than regular sugar I'm not sure what's going on there.

I went through the drive-through to order an iced coffee and asked to add some Splenda. The person taking my order responded with “too sweet,” which felt like unnecessary commentary on my personal preference. It made me uncomfortable enough to change my order on the spot. I left feeling judged and won’t be returning.

Unsanitary Establishment
I walked in with a online order and attempted to sit down to work on my computer. The floors and tables were extremely dirty. Every table. I asked a girl working if she had any wet wipes to clean the table. She pointed to the dry napkins with an attitude …. And didn't offer to clean the table for me. I then asked a young man at the front desk to clean the table. He told me he would and didn’t while still making eye contact with me later on. I waited and it never happened… maybe he was busy but he didnt look like it and he told me beforehand he would've cleaned it . Regardless, I am paying $30 for a simple meal and should haven’t to beg the staff to clean a table for me.

I was stunned to find that this location offers bagels for $2.99 and a schmeer of cream cheese is $2.39, subtotaling $5.39 for a bagel with cream cheese, or nearly $6 with tax! This is beyond absurd. The franchisee in Champaign-Urbana is fleecing customers. The average price for a bagel with cream cheese outside of Chambana is about $4. A whole tub of cream cheese is about $2.50 at the local grocery store. No thank you, Dunkin Donuts Champaign-Urbana! The greed is astonishing!

This location used to be decent. The last few months the service has been noticeably worse. I go everyday and get the same drink but they continuously mess it up and then try to argue with customers about it. They will also rush your ordering and try to finish the order before you say everything you want. It’s disappointing because it’s the closest location to my place but I’ve been going out of my way to avoid it because it’s gotten so irritating. I suspect the management has changed and it’s not going well. Also side note, the parking lot is a mess.
