I ordered extra egg and sausage on my sandwich, but they didn’t include it. Since I used the app, I couldn’t get a refund, and they wouldn’t answer their phone when I tried to reach them. On top of that, whenever I ask for grape jelly, they give me 'Mixed Fruit Jelly,' likely because the packaging is purple, but they don’t check to see if it actually says 'grape.' Small mistakes than can be fixed by just being careful and paying attention.

I wanted cream on the side to go with my coffee. I got a medium coffee I asked for 6 creamers but was only given 3 even tho I told them I would pay for extra.
Its a donut. Nothing spectacular. Overpriced like most things today. I paid 10 dollars for 6 donuts. I wont do it again. It's funny how we have grown to accept that as a deal these days when it is not. 2 dollars for one donut is nuts.

The iced tea was spoiled, or at least not fresh brewed, as it has been the last few times I ordered. The donut holes are hard like they are days old. This DD needs a good dose of quality control, it’s horrible!!

Staff is rude. I had a simple 2 doughnuts mobile drive through order, when pulling up you are not greeted friendly. The lady at the window asked for my name for my order then walked away. Came back and said do you want it or not.
