The seating and even food service are very prompt. The food leaves something to be desired though. We ordered cheese sauce for the complementary chips and it just tasted like cheap white American cheese with too much milk. My daughter and I both ordered the same meal which on the menu gave a choice of meat. The waitress did not give us a choice and put the order in as chicken. A simple mistake and she did apologize no real harm. The chicken was dry and tasted of charcoal. It was underseasoned as well. The rest of the burrito ingredients were just sporadic and very light/ few and far between. The burrito was very loosely wrapped and had not been sealed like a burrito should on a grill. We were just disappointed in the food altogether.

This place is my top choice for Mexican food in Champaign-Urbana. In part for the great food but also for the consistently amazing service!Parking: Pokemon Go gym in the parking lot, and a stop across the street.

Waiters took the orders and when the orders were ready. They did not know what table the orders went to and was shouting out the orders. And some people could not understand what they were saying. So someone else who spoke better. English began to shout out the order. . I found the staff to be very nice. just very unorganized when it came to serving the customers.Parking: Not sure. I would go back there again and if I did. It would not be with a large dinner party.

Brandon and his staff was very accommodating for our small Christmas gathering. They took very good care of us and the food was excellent as always. They have plenty of room for your get together or party and something on the menu for everyone!

Used to be fantastic there on Springfield Ave. The table was sticky, floors sticky. Server came by once and never got refills on drinks. Food came out quick from kitchen staff. What got me overall was when the bar staff was picking his nose and never washed his hands. Both gross. He proceeded to wait on guests and even serve them drinks where he used his hands to get garnishment with and still hadn't washed his hands. Gross. I won't return there.

I order takeout from El Toro Bravo 25 times a year (twice a month). For the past four months they have carelessly mixed their salsa with their cocktail sauces. It is definitely the worst of both worlds and I personally am looking for a different restaurant because I am getting tired of fake salsa.

Service was great. Ambiance was good and lively. I like the patio. Food was awful. I ordered a "chile poblano" - their version of a chile relleno, since their chile relleno is stuffed with both meat and cheese. What I received was a poblano pepper (correct) stuffed with white Velveeta cheese (incorrect) deep-fried (correct) and swimming in Italian-style tomato sauce seasoned with a ton of celery salt or celery seed seasoning (horrifying). I was expecting Mexican-style tomato sauce, like those little cans of El Pato, and a Mexican melting cheese. This was the worst chile relleno I have ever eaten in my life. My friends ordered tacos; I was pleasantly surprised to see corn tortillas and cilantro. The tacos looked and smelled good, and my friends liked them. You might want to order those instead. I'd return, because they are very accommodating to large groups, and the experience was good despite the food.
