Amazing staff! Super nice and attentive to our needs when dinning in. We had the fettuccine Alfredo and baked ziti!! Came out fast and hot. I live by the Chicago suburbs and we used to have fazoli's out by us, but not anymore. I make it a priority to stop here whenever we are in central Illinois. And I always get a Family Dinner to take back home. I will say the breadstick were super oily but I guess that's just how they make em' now. 4/5
Fantastic pasta and fast service! We ordered at the counter and they brought our food to us. Unlimited breadsticks when you dine in. The bread sticks are amazing! There is a drive thru as well.

Fazoli's never fails to disappoint.I gave 3 stars because even though the food I got was not what I wanted, and it was several dollars more expensive, at least it was hot and fresh.BTW your employees knew there was a mistake and failed to refund the difference or correct the order.
