Man, this is bull. We haven't been to a fazolis for least 17 years. But my kids wanted to try . Took 30 minutes for the order, and prices were to high dorm that quality of food . And we didn't even get our whole other. They forgot my wife's food, and she ordered my daughters was complete. I was fine with mine.. bit the hidden charges for sauce we never received. I ordered the sampler & was so excited for my singular meatball. To my dismay….I was punk’d. I only got half a ball.The bags used for my breadsticks were gross & looked used.I know this is Fazoli’s but the general cleanliness/service is very mid.

The food is good even if they don't get the order correct. The staff has always acts kinda short, uninterested and annoyed. (They are probably under paid) -That's not a good excuse though. Ive only ever done drive through at this location.
