I’m so disappointed and grossed out. This is one of my go-to places to order from on DoorDash. My mom and I both ordered the Make your own bowls. Her’s was fine, but mine had chicken when I ordered Tempeh and it also didn’t have guacamole when I ordered guacamole. I was a little annoyed, but ultimately I was going to eat it, until I saw a black bug crawl out of my sunflower seeds AFTER I had already ate a bite of chicken. I was soooo grossed out. My mom killed the bug and she was looking at my salad and then saw another bug crawling in my salad. We only got credit for one salad through DoorDash even though my mom was too grossed out to even eat her salad. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again, but this makes me so sad because I usually order from them regularly.

I usually love this place, but this last order really frustrated me. I made an order for delivery, and when the food arrived there was NO chicken on either of my bowls, which is an upcharge!! That was $6 of food they didn't give me! Plus the red rice in both bowls was hard as a rock, either old or undercooked. I will be avoiding here from now on.

lol no idea how it’s this high rated when the portion of protein is so bad it’s hilarious, and it’s 3.50 extra for it too. Taste is fine but not coming here again. Updates: they did give me a refund because the rice was overcooked

My 1st experience with Forage Kitchen was a delight ! I placed my order online and received a phone call a short time later, offering me other options on beverage, as they sold out of my choice . The employee was Helpful when I asked about the carbohydrate content on the other options . I really appreciate that. My food arrived quickly with a smile, ANNNND it was delicious! I look forward to trying it again when I am visiting Illinois!

I got a plate with roasted Brussels and squash with sweet potatoes and chicken. I got the gravy on the chicken and it was very tasty!Everything was delicious and fresh. Service was quick and polite. The atmosphere was nice and clean, though the bench seating was a little lower than usual and I kind of plopped down, lol.

The worst Caesar salad I’ve ever tried :( and super expensive for what you get. They dont give you all the ingredients in the description of the product, mine didnt include the shaved parmesan & the chicken wasn’t grilled! The tables were dirty too
