Every time I go, the service and food are grade A. I am officially addicted to the fry sauce with jalapeño. If you like smash burgers, Freddy's is the place to go.

It's a friendly and quick place to get a good and satisfying meal.

They even gave us some complimentary custard!

We went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals and just a sandwhich. we ended up having 3 meals on the order. We ordered a double bacon chesseburger meal with just bacon and cheese. After paying we sat in the drive through for a good 10 minutes while watching people standing by the window talking and walking around on their phones.We ordered two medium pepsis and a large water when they finally started paying attention they tried to hand us a chocolate shake and we let them know that wasn’t ours. They handed us two medium pepsis and then a medium water and we let them know it was supposed to be a large. Also got no straws When we got the food we checked the receipt to make sure everything was right and checked the food and the double bacon cheeseburger meal which was supposed to be just a sandwhich while we were charged for the meal was incorrect having all the toppings on it.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I love the double cheese burger with chili cheese fries! Has to be one of my favorite guilty pleasures. They also offer VETERANS discount.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Champaign is fantastic! The burgers are incredibly flavorful, with fresh ingredients that look almost as good as the advertisement photos. The buns are not overly large but perfectly soft. Definitely a great spot for a quality and satisfying fast-food experience!

I usually do not like to eat French fries. But Freddy's fries are to die for. I would go just to get a order of fries!

i called simply asking to speak to my step mother. i was spoken to rudely and abruptly hung up on. i understand not taking personal calls but there is a much better way to handle it and explain it to people. the food is amazing but the customer service is complete trash.

I have been here before but not at night and thought why not have a delicious burger. The burger combo is got was a number 2..double patty with bacon with fries and a drink. The burger was delicious until I tasted a bunch of salt on it..never tasted that before and when walking out the door I smell Marijuana..that is just too much to take in.. i will definitely come back during the day and try it again..

This is only 4 stars for my fast food stops. It's certainly better than McDonald's or Burger King. Their hamburgers are delicious. I only eat fast food at 3 places. This is number two on my list.
