Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The staff had things running smoothly. Fresh, hot food and kindness was served! Tables were all clean. We’ve eaten Freddy’s before, so we knew what to expect. Burger craving satisfied!

It was ok for my first time being there. Reminds me alot of Steak n Shake. If you like that kinda place then give it a try. I do not.

Staff is rude, we stood there in silence and I greeted her to make sure she was ready to take the order. Food was good store was clean, but staff was not friendly

I walked into Freddy's for the first time with my son Patrick in December...there were no Christmas decorations but it felt like Christmas 🎄 when we walked in...steakburber is phenomenal and priced right.... ❤️‍🩹 We'll be back!

Idk who the fryer cook is, but he needs to be fired and the manager reprimanded for allowing his employees to act and speak so disrespectful. It was going to be my first time eating there. I'll never go back. Champaign il and wouldn't have even giving 1 star, but 0 isn't an option.

The place was a mess. Instead of cleaning the place they stood around joking. Husbands hamburger was way too salty. We had to clean our own table before we sat down. We have eaten there many times, an it was clean.

First, if it's fall and they have the pumpkin pie concrete - get it. We went for an early supper on a Sunday afternoon and ordered online for pickup. Everything was made on time and with modifications as requested. Fantastic hot dog. Great burger and patty melt. Great custard. Burgers are thin (that's the beauty of them) so get one more patty than you usually do.

The people are nice, but the food was not. The burgers were mostly salt and mustard with a touch of beef. Curds were hard like super crunchy hard, and the rings had a weird flavor (not sure how to explain that one). I can't say I've ever had a good food experience there.
