The two workers were nice. I ordered an iced chai and it sucked! Such a rip off. I think they put chai mix and added water instead of milk. Tasted so watered down. Disappointed we paid money for that drink. Honestly should have tried to take it back.

I ordered two large lattes with oat milk and somehow my total came out to $25. Barista was flustered and didn’t understand my order so I didn’t even argue the price after spending several minutes just trying to order. I just wanted my coffee and to get out.Another customer came up in the middle of my transaction and also said she was double charged for one drink but the barista said she was only charged for one drink and blew her off, further discouraging me from trying to get my money back.The barista steamed the milk for our iced drinks, which was unnecessary and just took more time. Drinks came out okay, I’m just not sure what exactly I paid for at $25 when the drinks were listed at around $6. Even accounting for a milk substitute and tax, I’m lost. I was not offered a receipt. Your barista was trying to be polite, but was clearly flustered and needs more training so you don’t continue to rob your customers.

Today my spouse and I went to the mall to look for Christmas gifts for our parents and we stopped by Gloria Jeans to look at coffee cups. They had buy two get one free mugs done e picked out a couple and one ended up not being part of the deal, the cashier said he was willing to help with price of one we had picked out since it wasn’t on the correct shelf, but we decided to find a different mug to get the deal and he still gave us a discount. Being parents of four kids, we really have to budget the extra gifts during the holidays and him doing that may have been so small but it was so kind and generous and so appreciated. Thank you for that!

I arrived here at 5:45 coming back from a long camping trip. Really needing a cup of coffee. Online. It says that this place closes at 6:00 but the woman at the counter told me she already cleaned everything so she couldn't make me a cup of coffee. I feel like that stores should hold true to their closing times and not clean up early just because somebody wants to go home. Very unfortunate. I love writing good reviews but this time I'm not going to because I'm a little bit upset. I couldn't get my cup of coffee and I still have 3 hours to drive home

Got a peach boba, they put very little boba in it but the peach tea was good.
It was very hard to communicate with employees. The cinnamon roll was old. They were out of everything. My fiances coffee was not drinkable. My drink wasn't bad. Not sure what it was.

The lady looked bothered that I went in to order and said I can’t do part cash and part card, one or the other. It was $18 for 2 drinks. I got a caramel frappe and it tasted like nothing, just pure ice. I asked if our chillers were supposed to have whipped cream and the worker sighed and then went to the back to get it.
