Didn't even get our food. Ordered 2 burgers. Was paying cash. The drive thru attendant didn't hold on to the $20 and it flew away. As my husband was searching for the $20 the attendant tells the other person, don't feel bad he can pay for the food with another form of payment. That means, two 2, measly burgers would cost us $40 due to his clumsiness.When my husband got back the new female attendant asked for a new form of payment. I told her she could keep her burgers.MOST EXPENSIVE MEAL I NEVER ATE!!

To me, no one has better biscuits that Hardees!!! I enjoy the food and the prices. But i enjoy the service and associates more than anything!!! Customer service is lost in most establishments. I have seen employees on their phones and dont attend to the customer until they are done. Its horrbile. Most people dont smile and make you feel like you are disturbing them for coming to their job. Not at the Champaign Hardees!!! They ALL greet you with joy. The associates joke around with each other and laugh and smile. 6am and the associates are smiling and thanking you and inviting you back. They recognize me. They recognize my voice in the drive thru. With all the businesses closing i truly hope Hardees don't ever close. I work two jobs and sometimes my days start off bad but when the Hardees associates smile and laugh that early in the morning it really turns things around. Thank you so for the Champaign Hardees!!!

I got food poisoning from this I was in the hospital for four days and I thought I was gonna die I really don't like the way my chicken was undercooked you guys need to put some effort in your chicken I will never come back to here zero stars oh you're about to lose your job.

My daughter and I were there at 10:20am. Crew tried to tell us it was too late for breakfast. Crew was also arguing among themselves - yelling, swearing, and being generally rude. It took 15 minutes to get a simple order.

Hadn't been to a Hardee's in years but was desperate. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant but appeared to be working alone so it was extremely slow. She indicated she was waiting for fries to finish cooking. 2 cars ahead of me we all got our food at roughly the same time, why she didn't pack up all 3 and bring out at the same time is beyond me. She brought one out, went back for the next etc. My food was cold! Would have thought after that wait for it to cook it would have been hot. Area inside the drive up window was FILTHY! Dust and grime caked on the computer and cords and the metal shelves it sits on. Should have have bailed!
