I love coming here whenever I visit my in-laws who live nearby. Their croissant and scones are the best! They also have great espresso beverages, and everyone who works there is super friendly.
I began coming here in 2022 and absolutely loved everything. But recently, my experiences have been quite the opposite. It's still a cute cafe and everyone is very nice with a wonderful service. But the flavors of my usuals (cinnamon roll, croissants, scones) have been hit or miss but mostly not what they used to be. I'm not sure if they changed the chef or I just happened to visit days when the pastries didn't turn out great? Regardless, after multiple disappointing visits I'm not as enthusiastic about this place as I used to be. I really hope they get better so I can come back and enjoy the wonderful spread of pastries like I used to.
Used to drive an hour for their croissants, they were the best. Now they taste extremely old and very salty. After three years of looking forward to these, I won't be back. Very disappointed
Thank you Jace and to the Hopscotch Bakery family! I really enjoyed my chocolate chip cookie that almost seemed to melt when it hit my mouth! It’s a beautiful bakery located in the heart of Downtown Pueblo, CO. I totally suggest you check it out!
Some of the best pastries in town and delicious matcha. Baristas are super nice!
Absolutely luv this place EVERTTHING IS TRULY AMAZING. I used to frequent other popular places but this place is at least 2X BETTER than any similar place in town. This a World class bakery. Wish somethings were just seasonal . Oh well it's all great. RUN TO GET U SOME!

I loved the GF pumpkin cookies I got and the spiced cider was delightful! I wish there were a few more GF options, but I'm not complaining too hard on that. ;) thanks Hopscotch!!
Dietary restrictions: They usually have an option (sometimes 2) for gluten free bakery items. Just ask the helpful staff!

The pastries I've had here were not fresh and the taste of the coffee was burnt. I understand the need to save costs, but no one should pay for expired items. If you're looking for a quality place or even mediocre, look elsewhere.
Came in three days prior to my wife's birthday and they really came through with a beautiful and delicious cake. Everyone at the party was impressed with it. The workers were friendly and helpful and I can't recommend this place enough. I'll certainly be back here!

Love! I absolutely this place. I enjoy supporting locally owned businesses and especially places that cater to an open minded concept for hiring. The outside and inside has a nice decor. A nice place to come by yourself and work or with friends to grab a drink and conversate. There were lots of choices for drinks and things to eat. My daughter ordered a hocus pocus drink and I had the practical magic drink. We both had some sort of savory breakfast roll which was very tasty. Overall, the drinks were unique and very tasty, the service was friendly, the atmosphere was busy but laid back They offer a small shopping area with unique items and a refrigerated area with items for purchasing as well. If you are in Champaign stop by because I think you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience at Hopscotch Bakery! How can potatoes be both indulgently crispy and delicately creamy?! My brain melted as my eyes worked to figure out how something could taste even better than it looks. Start to finish, this place is an absolute gem filled with lovely humans and even lovelier glutens. Don't sleep on the vegan chocolate chip cookie–as a connoisseur I can say this is the best one I've had in the last 20 years. Every town needs a place like Hopscotch and anytime I'm in a 60 mile radius, you better believe I will be back!
