We stopped here on a long road trip and it was perfect for a family. We all got to create our own plates and had fun doing it. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and of reasonably high quality. I will definitely try to stop there again on the next road trip.

Ate here for the first time and loved it instantly. If you are unfamiliar with this restaurant, it's actually very simple. You come in, get seated, get your drink, and start making your lunch.... yes you create your own lunch. Simply grab a bowl, add your meats, noodles, veggies, and whatever kind of sauce you want from their large bar of sauces. Anything from sweet with no heat, too 5 alarm burn your behind in the morning. Once your bowl is ready, hand it to the grill master and watch it get cooked. It doesn't take but a few minutes and you are back at your table eating. Make as many trips to the grill as you want. If you leave there hungry it's your own fault.

Very good experience. Ingredients were in a buffet style line. Everything looked fresh, the line was clean and well stocked. Good options for meat and veggies. A good variety of sauces, and some recipes to mix sauces to make a favorite sauce too. Just hand to the grill cooks, and you get your food back hot and ready in just a few minutes. Service was fine, potstickers for an appetizer were okay as well. Overall, we had a very nice time. We will go back for sure.

You definitely get your money's worth at HuHot. Great selection of fresh ingredients and sauces to add to your stir-fry. The appetizers are a little pricey, but delicious. The staff are all very friendly and attentive.

Three of us for a Saturday lunch. Seated immediately and had attentive and informative server (Stephanie). The meats were frozen and thinly sliced. Good variety of veggies and sauces. Grill cooks were friendly and engaging. Will be back again.
