Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

I used to love this place. But whatever they've changed recently is a total downgrade. Gone are the delicious curly fries. New fries are trash and got almost none. I got the 24 set of wings. It used to come in two black clamshells, each with 12 wings and half stuffed with fries. Now we have a tiny container filled with not even enough fries for one person. Ridiculous, and so disappointing after loving their wings for years. Should have kept the old menu and presentation.I won't be ordering from here again.

Chicken it’s never crispy, borderline not even done. very water down buffalo sauce my 1 year old could drink it. Don’t even get me started on the ranch so disappointed soooo water down you dip your fingers in it it doesn’t taste like ranch 80% water don’t waste your money on this JJ down the street got chicken I can at least eat and I don’t have to worry about it not being done…. Sad and disgusting and disappointing!!!!!!!

Chili's ghost kitchen trying to mislead people into eating at Chilis. I wouldn't willingly eat at Chilis and I won't order from here again either. There are at least a half dozen better local places to get wings. This is a pass.
