I went in for a pick up order and they had actually given it away to someone else on accident. They immediately re-made the sandwich for me and offered me a free drink all while the place was packed with customers

HIRE SOME MORE STAFF!!!

I shouldn't have to wait in line for 20 minutes while they fulfill online orders.

Although I normally love Jersey Mikes, this is the worst location.

They consistently ignore the customers that are inside the store and are understaffed. Instead fulfilling the online orders.

The parking lot is a mess. Just overall nasty experience. But that's OK cause Jimmy John's is right across the street and does a good job.

I was so excited when they first opened and the first time I went, everything was great. It slowly declined after that. Sometimes the customer service is above and beyond but most times it's careless workers not even doing their job. Last night a worker was outside talking to a friend, blocking the parking lot when there was 20 spaces and the other workers were falling behind. The last 3 times I've eaten here, I've gotten so sick and not sure why that keeps happening at this location? But never again will I eat at this location.

If the food was not great, I wouldn’t come back to this location. The staff were very rude, and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. I was literally the only person inside there at 10:45am. This was my first time ever visiting a Jersey Mikes. The facility was clean and the food is good.

About a week & a half ago, I came here and I dined inside the restaurant. The customer service was great, the restaurant was clean & the manager gave me a discount on my order! Gotta love Jersey Mike's! ❤️🙏

If you care to have your food made correctly and don’t have time to waste, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE/DELIVERY. Very terrible customer service on the phone, employee hung up because they messed up my food and only having a short period for lunch and working on the opposite side of town, I was unable to come pick up a replacement. I asked if I could come after work and the employee grumbled something as if I was inconveniencing her. I’m the person who now has no food for lunch and no time to go elsewhere. Special instructions may or may not be followed depending on how much explanation you give(reading is hard for some of us).
