I ordered Jersey mikes catering for delivery and had a great experience. The food was all labeled clearly, the condiments even came in a cute little bottle. The driver was communicative and even brought us cash change for an accidental overcharge. I will definitely be ordering again!

The young ladies were very nice and apologetic when noticing mistake. I waited patient for my number 2 to be made as a number 3. and I had to ask twice for mayo and pickles. the person in front of me order was made prompt correct and with care. my sandwich was made with no effort incorrect and carelessly. I don't like confrontation or to be pegged as "an angry black woman " so i said nothing and left with what was given to me. I won't come here again. however thankyou for the service.

I went in to grab some lunch on 07/28 around 11AM and was welcomed with an enthusiastic “Hello!” - The environment was friendly and welcoming. The ordering process was easy and quick. Employees were very polite. The communication was amazing! Of course the food was 10/10 and the customer service made it 20/10. Would recommend 100%.

This location is very rude, slow moving and unsanitary. One worker had his braids hanging all over the food and had an airpod in listening to music while handling customer's. When asked to have another employee who had their hair pulled back into a bun to fix my sub i was met with a snarky response. The employee with the braids went to the back and was told out loud by the manager in front of other customers that nothing was wrong with the way his hair was out and it was not in the policy for the hair to be put up. It is very unsanitary to have uncovered hair out around food that others are consuming. Hair can hold infections and diseases. Hair nets at the least should be implemented. I guess it’s difficult to fill orders correctly at this location. Why would the employees think someone with a gluten and dairy allergy could eat Cheetos? Especially since I ordered lays chips. I know it’s only $2 but it’s just common sense people.

I used to go here a lot but I stopped going very often because the attitudes of every worker I’ve ever seen at this Jersey Mikes location is the attitude of “customers are a problem; we are annoyed by customers; we don’t want to be here at work.” Out of all the restaurants I’ve been to in Champaign Urbana and surrounding areas; the attitudes, and in turn the overall atmosphere, of this restaurant, are one of the most unpleasant. From the moment I enter the door, I can sense the negative energy and negative attitudes. We all have problems in life, but we need to try to keep those problems somewhat separate from the workplace, especially if working on a customer service/public facing, and food service oriented job. Working in a restaurant takes a lot of passion, energy, and dedication; and the attitudes given to customers can really turn them away because they have a lot of other options to go to. The only reason I go here anymore is if I have a free reward to redeem, but once went to the Rantoul location to avoid the Champaign Jersey Mikes because of the attitudes, and several times I have gone in the Chicago suburbs to use points up there at Jersey Mikes locations to avoid the Champaign location as well. Also, I am vegetarian, and the things I’ve seen in the sandwich line at this Jersey Mikes are some of the least attentive to food borne pathogen safety techniques I’ve ever seen. The cheese/meat cutter should be cleaned if someone is getting a veggie sandwich, or signs should be up if there is going to be unavoidable possible cross contamination, to allow customers to safely make food decisions.

Sandwich was a little messy but still really good. Friendly service. First time, but I'll be back.

VERY RUDE staff we were going to dine in and opted to take it to go after the bad service. Also they touch everything without changing gloves or washing their hands. As well as no hair nets, long hair just hanging over all the food being prepared. this was our first and last time eating here.

Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite places to eat. Everyone there is friendly, the service is fast, and the food is delicious. I honestly asked to go for Valentine’s Day over any fancy restaurant. Never have been disappointed and always look forward to going!

It's sad that the staff is not pleasant anymore. It's definitely gone downhill fast. The staff is super rude, they are all irritated that you are even there, no willingness to politely educate new customers and just over all not a good vibe. That used to be what kept me coming (because it's definitely expensive). The price is definitely not worth being treated poorly by staff. I won't be back for a long while.
