2nd time ordering from here. First time wasn’t bad. The second time, I ordered 2 large pizzas and found 3 pieces of hair on my Hawaiian bbq pizza. I called and asked the manager why aren’t hair nets being worn and she told me “we wear hats and the ppl fixing your food have short hair” as if short hair doesn’t shed. Then she went on to say that w/o proof that she couldn’t refund me (I never asked for a refund, just wanted to make the complaint). Bottom line is this pizza is too pricey for this type of service! Hair nets should be worn at all times, they are making food!!!!!!!!! I won’t be ordering from here again

If you are there to get the slice combo meal, more than likely, you will get old slices that have been sitting on the counter for a while. What are businesses thinking. Like I want to spend my money on old slices. I'm pretty sure when people go to restaurants They want fresh food.

Our pizza slices were thick-crusted and pretty delicious. However they were really really hot when we got them so we couldn't really eat them immediately. Also there were no jets in the restaurant, so I was really let down by that. ?

CU has many pizza places and styles to choose from. Everyone has their favorite, but this one is mine.
Food: 5 Stars. Okay I am not here to start a debate on what type of pizza is best but this place is 5 stars mainly because I grew up on homemade fresh bread and that fragrant smell and taste of fresh yeast in my bread is a staple I cannot live without. The Detriot style fresh bread Pizza served by Jet's is my favorite in the CU Area. Make it a Turbo crust and lets go!
Service: 5 Stars. Great Pizza, good people. Always a great experience when coming to pick up my pie! I cannot comment on Delivery as I always pick it up in person. I have no complaints.
Atmosphere: 4 Stars. They give you a huge window to see the pizza making process from start to finish, but their seating/eating area is really aimed at just for pick up. While the option for more seating would be nice its just a minor detail that does not detract from the amazing pizza at all.

This location has really fallen off unfortunately. Rather than help us with an undelivered pizza, the worker audibly set the phone down for 31 minutes hoping we'd end our call.4/5 would waste my time again. The pizza is just too good
This is a great location if you're looking for good quality pizza. Every time I get pizza here, its like it was made just to my specific tastes. Since they're so good, there's sometimes a wait but the managers, especially the evening manager, are really understanding and do what they can to make sure you're happy with your order.If you don't know what to get, ask them their favorite. I've never had a bad recommendation from this location. Highly recommended!
Placed order for 11 AM pickup because app wouldn't allow me to place for 10:30 even though they opened at ten. Order wasn't ready until 11:20. They appeared to have large pre orders to fill. I just chose a bad day I guess. People were nice, manager gave me a free soda for waiting. Pizza could've been more liberally cheesed IMO but it was tasty enough.
Tasty but pricey. Take out or delivery only.
